I had originally posted this in the Rochester blog, so as to not bore anyone here, but was then asked to post it here. This video shows me hitting a few short bsos combinations that I have been working on for months. Some how these combos all came together in one shred session and I was really excited to get it on film.
Enjoy. Comments are welcome.

Matt K,
When I answer the phone and I'm breathing heavy, it is very important to me to eliminate any concern the person on the line may have that they have interupted me doing something else. Some people don't get the word "footbag" right away, so to simplify things I say exercise. LOL
As for footbag being more than just exercise to me, that is most definitely true. Footbag is a lifestyle to me. I consider it necessary for me to do. It cleanses my body, mind, and spirit. It is a form of meditation. I get lost when I footbag. When I footbag I don't think about the things in life that bring me stress, only the things in life that bring me joy, like footbag itself, the people in and around footbag, the friends I have met through footbag, and the strength and control of my body I have gained through footbag.
You're right Matt, footbag is much more than just exercise.

I liked the whole thing.
Such drills will bring your game to another level. And lng drills are building consistency a lot.

xXLoss_of_ControlXx,
The song is Aquaman Booty Shaking Dance by Adult Swim. Adult Swim is a late night block of cartoons targeted to a more adult crowd, featuring shows such as Home Movies, Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law, The Boondocks, Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex, Cowboy Bebop, and more. In between shows Adult Swim would play these short skits, one being where the scene is of a real place, such as looking down a grocery store isle, the song would start, Aquaman would walk out into the center of the screen facing away, raise his arms up, and then shake his booty back and forth to the beat of the song. It was hallarious. Sadly, I have not seen this skit on Adult Swim in a long time. Maybe they will bring it back.
ThomASS,
I will definitely try your challenge and hopefully get it on video within a week. Wish me luck.
Thank you all for the nice posts.
