Well, looks like ive came down with a case of shin splints and will be unactive until they clear up. Hopefully they do by the time my lavers come because I'm real excited about shredding with 'em. In the mean time I got some exercises to do and bags to stictch, so I don't believe ill be too bored.

I tried to play today but I had a lot of trouble with pains. During my session I was fine, basically hitting all the moves I can hit but right after I got really bad pain in the knees. I think I'm probably just sore since I havent been shredding because of my shin splints.

My lavers came today. They actually arrived a couple days early so it was a big surprise. I went to pick 'em up came back a relaced them imediately. I didn't mod them yet because I'm not sure where to cut for the inside/toe mod. I had around a 30min shred today and I was drilling my legovers and fs clippers. I came close to a spinning clipper and a gyro clipper I just need to work on my control. I'm planning on ordering some new bags, maybe some mr.sands(maybe facile ones), KFM cuddle bags or a 32. I'm gonna go take a shower and go watch some UFC 8) .

This past week has been really insane. I managed to hit gyro and spinning clipper and have really been drilling my fs clipper which is really sketchy. I'm really trying to work on finidng my rythm for mirages because I can sometimes hit them and sometimes I can't. Summers coming soon and I want to basically pwn my toe game by the end of it. I'll probably be working on mirages, legover and pixies for the whole summer along with learning some 4adds, hopefully.

Today I had my first real shred in a while because of continueing knee problem. I had a pretty good sesh even though I played alone. I'm hitting both clipers good and im starting to throw in butterflys her and there but they need tons of practice. Today I was trying to hit clipper> far whirl, but I ended up almost hitting clipper> far butterfly> swirl. 8O I was shocked when the bag landed on my foot but it went wild and I lost my balance. :P Oh well, maybe tommorow.

Oh and sorry about yesterday Skippy for not calling you, I feel like a dick. I went to my buddy house then SanFran for lunch then my mom came to get me because I had to stay and babysit my bro (since hes sick :? ). I feel terrible, hope we can have a sesh in a couple of weeks. Sorry again.

I really dont know how I ended up in butterfly swirl, I think I changed my mind in the middle of it or something. :P I was just really upset when the bag slid off that would have been my firts 4add(but it was pure luck:wink: ).
I also got my lavers a while ago maybe around 2-3 weeks and my game has definately improved.
Anyways, Today I had 2 good 30min sessions. In it I hit more fs clippers which are starting to become natural and mirages which I'm still having trouble with but I have started to find my rythm. I hit a fairy(i think) opposite way of around the world so thats pretty neat, but I have learned legover bs I was nailing them throughout the sessions.

My exams are almost finished!! :) I'm so happy that schools out, I feel a great sense of accomplishment passing my first year of high school. Even though I have a PhysEd/Health exam tommorow, I still pass even if I fail it :P , and plus I was told its fucking easy.
I've been inactive in the forums due to exams and my computer went retardo on me, so its finally running so I figure I should fill this in will my recent progress over the last 2 weeks.
Last week I was drilling legovers bs's, pickups, illusions, and mirage and my fs clipper. I played for at least an hour every night just repeating the tricks over and over. Lately I have also been trying and almost nailing ducking clippers and I cant wait until I finally hit it. In the past week my game improved a lot. I can now string over 7 contacts and I think I may make my first shred video soon. I can incorperate all common 2adds into my runs now and along with 3adds. My goal for the end of the summer is to play over 15 contatcs Titless, HELP ME STICK TO IT!

I havent updated my progress here for a while so I guess now is a good time to jot all this stuff down. During these last three weeks my daily and weekly playing time was cut down because of WoW which I really started playing addictivley as I do any other new game I discover. I played in short time periods every other day and had just been working on adjusting flaws with my mirages and clippers. In the past 3-4 days I have been playing again for 30min-1hour sessions in my basement. I've been working on my consistantsy and string length which is now 5-8 contacts. I've been working on fixing my toe bails to far legovers and paradox mirages but it is still hard to break out of that old habbit. Recently, I footed a ducking clipper which was a big thrill. I plan on getting my 2 adds dialed pickups, fs mirage and illusions and from there I'll move on to buying a 32 and working on sets and 3 adds. My summer goal is still to go 15+ tiltless and I'm halfway there I just need to keep up my daily shred. I'm also looking forward for tommorows shred with Skippy, should be fun to gets some tips on how to improve my game.
Heres a little bit of footage I took today in my basement and upstairs. I played for around 20-30 minutes and got dead tired. endurance training> rpt
PLEASE GIVE ME TIPS ON HOW TO IMPROVE MY GAME.=

Looks like you have a nice foundation coming along.

A few things I notice

-work on that flip Clipper
-Get rid of the toe bails. You have far legover so use that. I didn't notice any near mirages. You might wanna learn those. And paradox mirage for that matter
-you start on the same trick alot (inside mirage)
-just drill the tricks you have so they are more consistant. That will help with string length.

Hope that helped!

July 18 and 20 Shred Sessions

Me and Skippy had an hour, hour and a half sesh on Tuesday. It was a big step in my game because I learned how to hit my pickups the most efficiant way, and corect form when attempting them. I've hit them both sides and its just a matter of drilling them consistantly. Rigth after learning pickup I learned near pickup which is also another cool way for me to get out of clippers without toe bailing and again this will come consistant with practice.
Dans game on the other hand is really, really good. He was hitting a lot of symp stuff and had some pretty long strings, I think one of the strings was around 15+ contacts.

Me and Dan also had another sesh today since yesterday I was dead sore from the shred on Tuesday and couldnt move a muscle. Today was another good session but I cant remember any spectacular strings or tricks that we hit except that Dan hit three symp tricks and the begining of a string which was pretty sick and there was a butterfly rake in there at some point. I didn't hit anything amazing but I did manage to string together pickups both sides and I got some tips on good clipper form which I really have to make and effort to do properly to make it easier. I also attempted symp mirage today but I was nowhere near hitting it but with some symp toe stall drills it should make it more likely for me to hit in the near future.

Here's some footage from Tuesdays session, barely any decent strings on my part but Dan had some really nice ones and a lot of our footage we were almost completely out of the camera, as you can tell. http://fizzied.phasing.org/Mid%20July.wmv

It was also my first time shredding with a 32 on Tuesday and today. I've gotta say I like it way more than a sandbag because you can feel it way more and this particular bag is small and good for dexs. It was a Makki Peng bag and I would definately recommend her bags everyone. I order my Pengbag last night and can't wait to get it when I see Tom and Peng when I go to shred in Oakville sometime in August. I'm also trying to see if I can make it out to Kickass 2 in September, it seems a bit hard to do with school but I'll see if I can work around that.
Hope to see everyone at Kickass.

P.S. Longest blog entry so far. 8)

I had another shred today with Skippy but I was totally off my game. We played with a black Foot Fighter for a while whihc was really sick because its filler was kickass. I started playing decent towards the end of the session and I hit some nice string like 7 contacts then I bailed when trying to hit symp mirage  . Maybe next shred. I'm also trying out a new lacing mod so I think it will help my game because m toe area is larger now.

Form, form, FORMM!!! Thats one of the bigs things I have to work on. I feel that I'm not hitting tricks as effortlessly as I could be so I really have to start making an effort to use correct form. Besides that I hit a couple of new things including a stepping set which was probably a fluke because I was just messing around but was still satisfing. Then I hit near pickup> near pickup and I think I got them pretty solid bsos. I also hit near mirage> far leg> symp mirage, which was also exciting. I look forward to getting my Peng bag tommorow and shredding with Tom and Peng in Oakville.

Today was a big let down for me. I was going to go out to Oakville to shred with Tom, Peng, Dan and myself but my dad had the day off so we went out to TigerDirect to get a video graphics card in Ecktobico. I had a solo shred for an hour and I was working flip clip mostly. I hit butterfly> fs butterfly.rpt I think thats a ripwalk im not sure but Im super happy that I can do clip/but on my fs now. I was also working on pixie sets today and I thing I know what im doing wrong so hopefully at the next Sauga shred I can bust that out. I seem to have all my 2 adds on my strong side down, I just have to work on pickup and mirage fs. I also hit butterfly rake :| near the end of my shred, it was pretty uplifting because I hit it first try.
My right shin has been bothering me for a while now and now my left is starting to hurt :? . I think im gonna take a few days off for rest at least until they stop hurting. Hopefully ill get my pengbag soon.

EDIT: Its not a ripwalk, somebody tell me what this is.

If you mean osis > legover then yes, that'd be a far legover. It's also possible to do an osis to a "near" legover, but that's a lot less common and significantly harder. See if you can get osis > far legover flipside. :)
