Online competitions - Open entrys extended till 20th June

Post by BalinorNZ »

Hey modified,

Well due to my lack of advertising there has been an extreamly poor turn out in the open online competitions this month.

There are 4 competitiors for the open competitions as aposed to the 15 in the Novice competitions.

Therefore I will be extending the due submission date for Open online competition entrys till the 20th of this month (June).

This months open competitions will be:
 Sick One
 Sick Three

To enter:
 Film your entry and capture the video file on your computer.
 Find the video file, this file will have an extention like .wmv or .mpg or .avi or .mp4 or .mov and you will be able to watch it by double clicking on it. Please don't send in files you can't watch on your own computer.
 Attach this file to an email that includes your full name, your country and the move(s) you hit and send the email to [email protected].

If you don't know weather your entry is good enough to be in the open competition here are some guidelines:
For sick one your entry should be:
A very difficult 4add or any 5add.
For sick three your entry should be:
A 4>4>4 or harder.

Thank you,
Nic Bathgate
Online Competition Director

nic you should have a quick add on the banner at the top of the screen. then a lot of people will see it more often, and stop forgetting to film for it.

For you're guildlines:

Last time I was put into open, but judging by the guildlines for this time I'm novice. Now I'm confused!

I expected to be novice last time, so it was really cool to see my clips in the open vids.

Don't worry about what group you make it into. This competition is about being better than your best self.

That is a brilliant idea.

Tony, I think the move you hit for sick1 this time is easier than the one you hit last time.

In any event, I am changing that rule...

All 5adds and above are now allowed in open sick1 as well as difficult 4adds

Lol i'll be honest, part of the reason is my exams don't finish till the 19th so I don't have time to get the old camera out and hit some entrys with Toby till then ;)

We still only have a handfull of open entrys, have all the guiltless footbag players gone on holiday or something?!?!?
