hahaha, what a goofy thread :-D It has nothing to do with the bags ;-)

Anyway, go to the health and injuries section and browse around. There's a lot of shit in there on knees and whirls. Whirl is a move that fucks up your knee a lot :-(

Also, sir-I hope you have invested in Lavers. Rod Laver is a type of shoe you need for footbag. Playing footbag without Lavers is like becoming a cigar afficionado without a humidor. Invest in them please.

[Rod Laver shoes-not a humidor ]

No

You improve your game

Rod Lavers simply allow you to hit the tricks.

Haven't you noticed how much harder some shoes make footbag?

Well, once you have Rod Lavers-you will realize all shoes but Rod Lavers make footbag difficult.

I feel I should step in here and make a point of saying rod laver isn't the only shoe out there good for footbag!!

G-Units
Clima cool
CT 520

Just name a few that come to mind.

Welcome to modified :)

There are no exercises explicitly for your knees (your knee is a joint, not a muscle really), but these are very good for all the muscles that you use for footbag. Strengthening the surrounding muscles minimizes the stress on your joints (e.g. your knee) You should definitely be doing these before AND after kicking/shredding:

It is flat out the best beginner shoe. C'mon-do you really think everyone should start with Climas? No way! Lavers are flat out the best beginner shoe

I like how Lavers clearly illustrate the catching surface for benginners. Idk, like, seeing the netting always psychologically helped me figure out where the stalls go, etc.

Climas, with their complexity seem to detract from that. Plus the toe is way dodgy for beginners.

Lol wow my post doesn't even resemble the thread title.
