Hi everyone.I am from Bulgaria.I started playing footbag from about a month now and I've found this forum three days ago.I've just registered and i thought that i should show you my 5th homemade footbag. This is my best 4 panel footbag. And this is my first time doing a blind stich.Tell me what do you think becouse i want to know your opinion.I know it's not perfect but its my first blind stich.Soon i am planing to make a 32 panel footbag.I have paterns and everything the only thing i need is time...

blind ???

IMO blind stitches are easier to make on a 32 .. i started making 12p at the beginning of the winter and i never found a way to put the final knot inside the bag .. i think i made something like 5 or 6 12p bags ... and i found a magical way to make blind stitches at my 3rd 32p ..

the moral of this story: make 32p :D

i never stitched 4p before .. but i think your bag look good for a 5th

BIG

Post by Pete »

last bag i stitched. the black one is golfball size. the 14 is slightly bigger. the purple 32 was an error in patern that made it huge. and the blue 32 was my attempt at making the biggest 32 footbag ever.

Haha, nice! Looks like too many stitches per side for photoshop. I still love the idea of a 32p bean bag 8) I would totally be in on that action.

It's a little smaller than a golfball, and I am proud. Tell me what you think.

aha! thanks guys!
it's real. it took me about 2days on and off to do. i think i finished it faster than a normal 32 since i didnt have to deal with even gather. it only took longer overall since i had to stitch between hexs.

btw: it's ~20cm in diameter.

and i dont think i want to sell it. but if someone puts up an offer, i might sell it. :footbag:

jb, not bad for a second 32, but from what i can tell, you need more consistent stitches, and make sure everything is the same. oh, and im thinking about making a giant 32 panel, but not out of facile, because i want to make it a pillow lol.

haha! that's exactly what mine is! i'm filling it with pillow filler. and the material is super soft. not like a pillow but enough. 8)
