ok, this move is like a swirl dexing motion but its in front of your body and its not xbod. I'm not gonna do Jobs Notation for it because it's a wierd kind of dexterity. You set with the inside surface, go under and over the bag in a swirling (or reverse swirling) sort of vertical dexterity, catching it on the same inside. It's really just like a clipper ss swirl but it done in front of the body instead of crossbody.

I was messing around with it... I've done both directions as a set, too, just to an op side mirage.

So, uh... what's that called?

ive done this too.
its more an inside set same guay than atw though. and it does feel like a swirl

derek does an inside same out-to-in dex set (kind of like an inside set fairy). he does blurry guay > 'inside fairy' butterfly a lot. hes ducked it too.

I'm not talking about Sam's polls at all. If I had a problem with his polls, I'd be replying to his polls.
It's always been my impression that Footbag is a sport of acceptance and understanding. Consider freestyle footbag is a bunch of top-less men standing in a circle high-fiving each other for their dance-like moves performed to music. I don't think there is any room for anti-gay jargon in this community, cause you're going to get slammed for it.
Personally, I hate making a big deal about it, I do think this is all silly. The best thing to do is just be positive. I didn't even know what El Chico was talking about when I opened up this thread and it said "Are Sam's Polls Gay?" The first thing I thought was "who's sam?" and then "what does el chico have against him?" Remember, this is the internet, people just come on by any time and read what's going on. Be ready to explain yourself.

Now, does anyone moderate these forums? Can you close this thread so that it can be an understanding and not a flame war?

lol... ok, I thinnk Sam understood that my jab at his polls was toungue-in-cheek... after all, if he can dish out the slams, he should be able to take them. I don't have a problem with Sam's polls. They're kind of funny, actually. I think he knows I was messing around.

Sorry if I insulted anyone's sexual preference and they couldn't find the humor in what I was saying. Where I come from, gayness is synonymous with stupidity. I'll watch out for that in the future.

And Chris... dancing should not be associated with homosexuality. I dance whenever I get a chance, just for the hell of it and because I get a natural high from it, and I'm still straight as an arrow. The artform is no indication of a sexual preference.

I'll try to be more positive and less sarcastic in the future

Exactly! See how you don't like the gay jokes coming back at you? Neither does anyone else, gay or straight. I'm glad that you could see that point that I was making.

BTW, it's not where you come from that "gayness is synonymous with stupidity" it's a form of biggotry found everywhere.
