Heel Spur

Post by QuantumBalance »

Well, I have a heel Spur on my left foot. It's caused by a condition called plantar fasciatis which I got from walking around so much as a waiter with worn out shoes on. :( I have already researched it pretty thoroughly. But, my question is, has anyone else here had it and recovered from it?

Im doing intensive massage and calf stretching combined with accupressure heel inserts.

Well, hey tell him you have a friend who can't afford to see a doctor and what should he do to work on the problem?

I had/have it but using a night splint(look it up) helps alot. Some good shoes with heel supports keep me from limping too.
