Introducing Myself

Post by D »

Hey guys! My names David, I'm 17 and live in good ol' Oklahoma. I've been playing footbag for a while, just kicking it by myself or with some friends, but now I want to get serious. The only trick I've landed so far is around the world, but it was barefoot. I found this site and have been reading the forums for a few days and you guys seem like a fun bunch. The only trick I've landed so far is around the world, but it was barefoot.

How far away are you from Tulsa? Luis J. Monhollon and Nelson Monhollon live there and they're really good players (and nice people).

Welcome! Man footbag sounds like it's really taking off in Oklahoma. What city do you live in?

Definitely get some Lavers. Once you have a pair you'll understand why you wouldn't want anything less to play footbag in! Also, developing both-sidedness is key, get in the habit of doing every both sides! So if you hit around the world, work on hitting it with your other foot. Practice practice practice and have fun! Keep posting in this topic if you have more questions!

I will have to get a pair, I just broke out my old dusty Vans since my daughter wants to learn.

Welcome!

You've just made the best investment in both the lavers and a mr.

Keep kicking!
