Its been about a month, but finally I played well again! I had a session at Hermosa Beach with Chad D. Fletcher Funk, and Sam McCaulay (BluntObject) and there were tons of passers by and scantily clad hotties. We even got a business card from an entrepreneur into alternative sports entertainment
I hit some cool combos, nothing I really remember . . . superfly bsos was nice. My flip is now my strong i guess. I hit whirlwalk again, which I got a lot of props for. The usual stuff, pdx torques, whirrs, ps whirls, a few grifters, some drifters and atomic. But my runs were on today and my links were fast and intense. It was really cool to be able to show off and to control the crowd!

sooo . . . I had a sweet session with NASTY TODAY. He and I played for about 2.5 hours, much longer than the usual 45 minute sessions he has. It paid off, for both of us. We were busting hard the entire time!
Nate hit some ridiculous stuff, including bsos scoprion's tails, bsos bedwetters and fogs, mobii, basically anything he wanted. Vortex> ss butt swirl, vortex> p drif bsos . . . and SPINNING P GRIFTER!
EDIT: pdx blender>inspinning clip, reverse whirl war 1>whirl war 1, butter swirlx3 bsos and flip blurry torque

So, I was supposed to have read this book because I had a school-wide dramatic reenactment of its events to give with my "group" yesterday. The only problem was, I never read the book and I didn't even know that our final grade was based almost solely on this final oral presentation. In fact, I had found out only the day before that we were supposed to have read the book by the next day (yesterday).
Well, I called up my mom to ask for some advice. As any good mother would, she told me I had to find a way to get out of doing it. I think she told be to blow up the teacher by setting her house of fire, but the details of that phone conversation are a bit hazy now.
I'm sitting here typing from the police station, after having killed my teacher and her children by starting the gas in her classroom and then exploding a fire extinguisher. I don't quite remember how it went down, but I know that as soon as the explosion happened, I started running as fast as I could, but somehow I still had the extinguisher in my left hand. So I hid it in my sweatshirt pocket as I was running to not to be very obvious. Unfortunately, I wasnt thinking when I decided to blow up my teacher . . . mid-day at school. One kid in particular saw me fleeing the scene and told the principal, who was standing quite close to him at the time, that he should check me out. Well, the fucking principal called the cops, who managed to follow my tracks back to the hotel my mother was staying at.
I only had a few minutes to have a heart to heart with my mom before the cops arrived to haul me off. We exchanged some meaningful words though. I told her that I was scared, that I couldn't believe I did it. Inside I was really mad at her for having planted that stupid idea in my head, but even madder at myself for letting poor grades get the better of my judgement and for allowing myself to do something that should only be reserved for the most dire of circumstances. Right before I heard a knock at the door, my mother's eyes welled-up with tears and she sobbingly choked out the words, "Jeremy, I'm so lonely." She knows I will spend the rest of my life behind bars. Footbag was fun while it lasted. Miss you guys
Weird dream.

Heh, that's pretty good. I thought you weren't even in school anymore. Am I just completely offbase here?

Net recap from today:
I played my best ever, even with a gimpy hip. I tried only 3 spikes today, hitting one of them fairly well. My entire game was based on setting myself and hitting placement shots. I was sooo consistent, better than any other day ever. I would say I was controlling about 95% of my kicks rather than the avg 65-70%. The result was that I took out a low-pro level player (who wasnt playing his best, granted) and the top intermediate player from the Green Cup event in Oakland!
AND, Ive decided to compete in the net discipline at the US open this year!

Good pics, I'm glad you've actually started playing net (again?). Also, notes on the post about freestyle, those are sick combos. Especially Superfly > Ripwalk, stepping out of Superfly is not easy. Can't wait to see you in Portland in August!
