Kettlebell Training

Post by Jdigges »

Has anyone ever trained with kettlebells? i used to do alot of Olympic and Strongman lifting, and im just getting back into working out other then footbag. I just picked myself up a 16kg or 35lb kettlebell. I did my first workout today with it and it was amazing. This is definitley a style of lifting that i will NOT give up like i have in the past. Its the ultimate strength, endurance workout and promotes flexibility, especially in the hip flexers. My hip flexers have been giving me trouble for the past month atleast, they feel amazing after doing my first workout. I can't believe how much the kettlebell loosened them up. Check it out for yourself.

hahaha, thats a cool comic. Stick with what works for you. Im liking the kettlebell alot more then Olympic lifting and Strongman lifts. Although, i do love to do them so im not going to totally ween them out of my workout. I wanna see what kind of gains ill make in those excersiese with just kettlebell workouts
