Lavers are toO narrow!

I have wide feet, no eee, ee, none of that. Just normal wide. All the shoes I have are normal width, but sometimes my feet need wide, so I guess I'm in the middle of normal and wide.
Lavers are very uncomfortable on my feet, the rub my foot raw

. I returned them after 1 day. Some people recommended New Balance ct300s and ct520s, and I like the ct520s, but I dont like the recommended running type shoes like beast, adidas climacools. None of that.
If anybody has any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated, I need a good freesyle shoe.

i hear g-units arent bad for wide feet... i dont have goonits, so i may be wrong

i've heard g units are a bit wider than lavers.. they look more spacious. Climas are probably too narrow (around the arch) for wide feet.

I own a pair of g-untis, but frankly tight fitting lavers sound way better. I'm ordering my 3rd pair of lavers this year just because I keep getting the sizes wrong, since they expand after full modifications... I don't know how bad these are for you, but maybe you could just suck it up and suffer the chaffing. It'll all turn to calus pretty quickly

haha, I dunno. G-units do have more space, so if you really CAN'T shred in lavers, I guess G-units wouldn't be a good choice.

Climas definitely are not right for wide footers. You'll find yourself wanting to commit suicide if you wear climas with wide feet....at least, that's what I think.

Your feet will become less fat as time goes on and the shoe will conform to your foot after you shred/mod it

I started in 8.5's. Now I'm in 8's. Now I'm going to try 7.5's

I always found lavers too tight, but G6 g-units never give me problems. They are definitely wider, and real nice. Get em while you still can.

Yeah, lavers do tend to mold to your feet well. I have wide feet, and I was really wary at first, but my feet kinda bulge sideways through the mesh. That sounds uncomfortable, but my lavers are pretty comfy.

I'm thinking of going a half size down, because I have lots of toe room. I'm kinda worried that they'll be too small, but maybe they'll fit more snugly than my current lavers and I won't have to lace them up as tightly.

you only tried them ONE day...shoes break in; unless maybe if its your arch that gets raw.

same here. I started with 12s, now I'm in 11.5 and I've got a pair of 10.5's on the way... it is rediculous

I always thought the area where the arch of your feet is located was a bit too narrow for G-units. I tried using Spencos CT insoles on both Lavers and G-units, and I always found the G-units to have a much narrower lining in that area. I had to trim the insoles on the side just a bit to make it fit in accordance to the sole of the shoe. Rod Lavers never needed any trimming imho for an exact fit.

Maybe it's the curve on the outer side of the sole for the G-units that seemed awkward. Sure enough, for the ball of your feet and toes, the G-units are pretty spacious.
