Can I use these shoes?

I just found my old adidas superstars (6 months old) I was wondering if anybody uses them or if it is possible to use them for freestyle, I dont have money for lavers , I dont have a job.

theyre pretty bad for footbag. you need to be able to catch the bag in an enclosed toebox type shoe. this has nothing like a toe box.. and you wouldnt feel the bag thru rubber either...

i give these shoes a thumbs down for footbag...

I could just copy and paste from the last thread, but that'd be useless. You can try shredding in other shoes, but you should try to think of it as extremely temporary. Honestly if you save all your pennies for a couple weeks, you'll have enough to buy a pair. Honestly it's pretty hard to start off with them.

They're HEAVY. A big NO for footbag

just because they are adidas, doesnt mean they will work for footbag. They have no toe box, rubber toes, which means no bag feel, curved insides and sloping outsides, meaning the bag will roll right off anyway, and, as stated, they are HEAVY. combined with the fact that they are made of a slippery leather material, id say no, these are not good footbag shoes. save up for lavers, and untill then, use light shoes with reasonably flat sides, and (if possible) a flat, open toe.
