I've been kicking with Reid the last few mornings which has been fun. Both of us have just sort of been drilling stuff.
Although my new Lavers look pretty sweet, I'm still not happy with the toe box. The shoes don't have the normal canvas I'm used to, and they don't have leather either, it's some weird material that's pretty stiff. I cut out a thin layer of material beneath it but it's still really stiff.
Anyways...I was just messin' around in my house a few minutes ago and I hit frontside blurry drifter BS

I hope someone finds out a way to make those new lavers thinner and better because i got two pairs coming to my house like in a day. I got the same ones as you(eric) and the red/white ones. I hope i dont regret them. If i do those shoes will turn into my running around/street shoes or ill sell them.

Sweet, Reid and I are on it! Once Kevin gives me the copy of Adobe Premiere that I gave him (tomorrow?) then I should be able to crank a video out pretty soon.fetusmaster wrote:I have a request, and it is to see a new FTB video.
I kicked today and hit blurrage on both sides for the first time. It was really fun and pretty easy, and they felt clean too! I also hit a flipside flurry as well as tap>atomsmasher>repeat. That's about all I remember...

After much shitty traffic Reid and I finally made it out to Palatine to shred with their crew. During thr ride home Reid mentioned how good Chris and Jeff are getting; to which I agreed. Not only that, but I witnessed Chris turning down the opportunity to smoke-up
Amazing! Good call, too
Anyways, I had a really long run with reverse swirl BSOS, stepping whirl BSOS, spinning pdx whirl BSOS, and a whole bunch of other stuff. I also hit like 9 consecutive pdx whirls relatively easily. I hit blurrage again on both sides, and hit spikehammer a few times on each side (feeling more comfortable on the flip
) I went for spikehammer>pheonix a few times on each side but never really got all that close to hitting it. Soon...
Work at 9am...Good night!

Next weekend for sho! We'll definitely stop by the taste.
Zach, damn I'm really pissed that my friend still hasn't given me adobe. I want to make a vid so bad right now too. Reid and I have been shredding hardcore lately...I promise to film, edit, and post a video within 5 days. At the most!
Later all

Well, unfortunately all bets are off for now. There is nowhere for a firewire to plug into my laptop and therefore I can capture no footage from kevin's camera
But for those who watched the epic video "ES: Resurrection" that I made with my friend Elliot last summer, you can expect a new video like that to come. And this one will include more shred footage of not only me but Reid as well
We're basically done filming it but Elliot probably won't have it edited for a good long while.
I've been running a lot, but not so much footbag this past week. Hopefully I'll kick more soon. Peace

I had an hour session the other day. I hit:
pdx drifter>pdx whirl>repeat
ripwalk>pdx whirl>torque BSOS
some good toe shuffle, some torques, some spins out of pdx whirls, and that's about all I remember
Also another day I hit alpine legbeater BS. I hope they looked alright. Later
