Shred today was okay. It was a slippery surface, so meh. Played some pickleball and fiddled around with some ideas for a video. Thats about it.

Had a productive shred today at the tennis courts a couple blocks away. Would have made it entirely through my regimen except 1) it was HOT out 2) some dude fucked up this water gasket outside the fence by where I was playing in the courts so water was slowly flooding across the courts. Not only did I not want to get my shit soaked, I didn't want to be the only one around when people would have showed up looking around for answers.

Shredding tomorrow with J and whoever all else.

Of course the pre-US Open shred is open to you Danny, it's an all call for anyone who wants to come to it. I'll probibly post it later when I get the dates solidified.
