sweet ive never been to cananadia so this will be a great road trip before i move to boise to goto school :D
Your next task: Go to the bathroom.
Wash your face.
Put your shoulders hunched upwards.
Look really, really slowly upwards towards the mirror like in the movies
And slap yourself in the face.
With your game face on.
And go shred with jim.
It'll work, trust me.

my friend Tim might come along as well, so that makes 4 of us so far, Mario, Kevin Crodoosh, Tim, and I. Tim doesn't really play footbag, but he appreciates and is one of my best friends.

Sooo, just need to get my car fixed ....

So, if you're coming from the South...you'll be travelling via Highway 2. Once you approach Edmonton, Highway 2 will "remain as Highway 2", but will change names (Gateway Blvd, Calgary Trail). Don't worry about it, just stay on it until you hit Whitemud.

Travel West on Whitemud. If you're going to the YMCA, take a left at 178 street, go south a few blocks, and you'll see it on your right hand side.

If you're going to my house, take the 159 street exit. Travel North on 159th, then take a left at 87 ave (towards the Hospital). Your best bet is to park in the ESSO on 165st and 87ave, and the give me a call at (780)-486-1658. It's way too difficult to give you specific directions to my house.

Competition Rules!

Shred30 Rules: Open shred30 rules are the same as in worlds05 except xdex will be counted. For intermediate shred30 the only difference is that 2 adds and higher are considered unique.

Sick3/Sick1: 5 attempts

We will also be having routines if you'de like to give it a try. The emphasis will be on pracitising judging and learning the process for north american tournaments. It's also a good chance to practise performing a routine in front of judges and an audience. If you don't have time to fully prepare a routine, no worries. I think most of us will be improvising for the most part anyways.[/b]

I'm competing intermediate. And I hate cake!

Routines huh? That would be fun with no pressure and shiz. I might have to come up with a basis for a routine. :D

Stoked as always.
