How about crank? I suppose they don't need brocka mods? I tried to watch how it is on the qm-video, but couldn't tell...

if they only make em in that nasty grey color i will be very mad
if they really want to be footbag shoes they have to make em in every color possible, and we should be able to customize colors :D

I love how everyone is worried about appearance and colors instead of how they play...

Thanks for starting this thread Ben, I have learned some valuable info about these shoes. To all the 'haters', I think you should take it easy, there are plenty of people who don't scour the forums who still want to know whats happening with this new innovation in footbag footwear, I don't think it's a crime to want to know about the latest news without being the one making it...

In the vid they look very similar to lavers, id like to see how the instep is and how much support it has.
Every man has their technique, and they are all different......when you know mine.....youll be dead.

If anyone knows I would like to know who exactly designed these shoes, how did they get a manufacturer to produce them, and are they really just laver clones, what is different about them?

Let's just wait till Worlds and let the information trickle down from there - it's only a little while away from now...

Who cares if there like lavers. I want them to be lavers so we dont have to shop on ebay and search the archives of the internet to find your favorite size and color+ u know if they are replicas of lavers they'll have better insoles(probably). So really the best thing we can hope for is that they are lavers.

Lavers= hard to find in certain colors and sizes

Quantums= after a large production(hopefullly a little after worlds) they will be as easy to find as porn. :P

Just think of Quantims as a loop hole :D

i dont think that makes sence dude.

My opinion on quantums is that its too much of a rip off from lavers. i would have rather a new shoe specifically designed for footbag with new features and options. not the same damn shoe i can already get that i dont even like. Although i do think its sweet that there is finally a footbag shoe! I just hope there will be more to come that are more appealing to me(mosher hurry up  ).

From what I barely saw in the vid "my pause finger is broken" the shoe looks awesome. I'm glad it looks like the Rod Laver, that's what I want. Lavers are my FAVORITE shoes unmodded, but when I cut em up they look all hacked up and unfit for casual wear. These quantums have the look of a laver, but apparently work for footbag with no cut up seams or ripped leather. :D

WORD 8)

Also Jeff the only reason u probably wouldnt like quantums is probably because your a g-unit dude not a laver dude(no offense) so saying that your looking for shoes that would appeal to your taste would kind of be difficult unless quantum made a line of leather shoes like lavers/g-units(hopefully they do cause leather lavers rock)

Sooooo... worlds are almost over, anyone have some news on Quantums?

I would like to thank Evan Lovely for his excellent write up with pictures here.

But it doesn't cover a few things maybe some of the others from worlds might know...

 Will quantums be availible for purchase online?

 What are the colours availible?

 What is the price?

 The tag says they are made in china which means manufactured by an international shoe manufacturer... how did planet footbag (a small company I thought?) manage to get their shoe manufactured? I thought that would cost a mint to get start!!

EDIT:

Man i'm stupid, I was at the damn site and I didn't see all the infomation on it - go to http://www.planetfootbag.de/quantum/ and click on the pentagons to find out info about the shoe, here is some info I have found:

They are availible for purchase online here: http://www.planetfootbag.ch/shop/index.php?cPath=10_16

They come in black and white.

They cost 60 euros per pair
