arrested for walking
was there one somewhere on the premesis of where you were.
cuz i find it hard to believe they arrested you for no reason ...
either you were trespassing, or you were doing something stupid
whatever it was ... i say you deserved it, cuz i dont think they would have handcuffed you for no reason
and you say you had nothing to do that day ... how the fuck is walking on some train tracks fun ... i bet it wasnt ... so in the end, you got arrested for your own stupidity ... by not having any fun and trespassing
now even if it was adandoned ... what makes you think irs ok to walk there ... its not your land ... it wasnt meant for people to walk on .... and its abandond, meaning your not supposed to walk on it what the fuck dude ....
this may be a drunken rant .... or it makes some sense
but again
what the fuck ... you probably deserved it
..done.

Legally if there is no sign, there shouldn't be a punishment. Anyway, THIS LAND IS MY LAND, THIS LAND IS YOUR LAND.quadgun wrote:was there one somewhere on the premesis of where you were.

How do you know its not 10 miles down the track the opposite way he was walking? I don't think that means he deserved it, dont be a dick.

dude why would i deserve it.. i'm still a kid and if i want to walk on railroad tracks i can. kids walk the tracks everyday, come to my village and see how fucking boring it is sorry i dont live in fucking chicago and can go do whatever the fuck i want whenever i want. i guess the reason they arrested us was because there is an old ass building that kids keep breaking into and they automatically thought it was us because we must've been up to no good because we were on the train tracks. the cops in my town are complete assholes and only issue tickets to meet their quotas

That kind of thinking will get into lots of trouble. I think it's important to realise that you were walking somewhere that is potentially dangerous and near buildings where people have committed acts of vandalism and you had no good reason why you were there - this doesn't present a very good case for you.shaggster wrote:i'm still a kid and if i want to walk on railroad tracks i can.
But on the other hand police can be fucks and maybe that's what happened. I guess it's hard to judge your actions too much without knowing the full circumstances. Did you argue with the police at the time? Like if they told you to leave the area and you remained there than that's probably justification for arresting you.
How did the police know you were there? Could they see you from the street?
"The law allows the police to go into private property to arrest you:
-under an arrest warrant issued by a court;
-for an arrestable offence; or
-if you have escaped from prison or anywhere else where you were legally detained
In each of these situations, the police must have a good reason to believe that the person they are looking for is in the property. They can search the property only to check whether the person they are looking for is there.
Why else can the police enter a property?
The police can also enter private property to:
-save people from being killed or injured;
-stop the property being seriously damaged; or
-stop a breach of the peace."
