Hardest "conventional" 2add move

Post by max »

I've heard of the one-add game (never played it) and I was thinking today about what the hardest conventional 2add move would be. What I mean by "conventional" is that the trick has to start on clipper or toe (not xbod) delay and end on a clipper or toe (not xbod) delay.

I came up with some pretty cool ideas and I'm now settled on far symple reverse whirling op toe.

What do you guys think would be the hardest conventional 2add?
and when is someone going to comete in the online open sick 1 with a 2add :)

edit: ending the hardest 2 add move on a clipper delay is a bit futile....
edit2: I made the rules a bit clearer to read because people where not getting them

I think Johnny has hit far symple frigid blender. It doesnt get the sym add, the pdx add, or the xbd add. Just one for the dex and the delay.

I think the trick you came up with might be harder though.

And doesn't end on a clipper or a toe stall... ;)

What about something like symple bubba? That would be crazy...

Yes it must be a two add not three; There are some insanely impossible three adds out there...

Back on topic, another I thought of:

far symple swirling same toe

Jeremy symple bubba sounds hard but when thinking about it more I can actually visualise how that could be hit.

sorry Embarassed I thought from you post you just meant no odd surfaces.
well I had thought about the inside delay and then came up with a couple of frigid moves that are quite simple not physicly doable :) So I decided it'd have to end on toe..

Yeah I think that's imporant though - that it's actually hitable.

Is far symple reverse whirling op toe actually doable? And why doesn't it get a pdx add? Surely it's just a pdx illusion with flair... ;)

job's wise you'd be right. Is it doable? I don't know.

What about just plain old reverse swirling same foot toe?

That sounds possible just incredibly hard

symple bubba is very easy...i have hit it multiple times...

yesterday i was fucking around with some hard 2 add tricks, and i thought of a couple that are pretty difficult although i hit all of these....

PS legover/pickup...doesnt get the pdx add cuz its like a far symple legover and it doesnt get the symp add either

Another challenging one was PS reverse guay/guay...same as the one listed before but much more challenging due to the inside stall

I don't suppose a rooted inside stall would be and element of a conventional move?

Sorry - you find symple bubba easy and ps legover/pickup hard?

PS legover is just a "the" dlo - if you can hit dlo you should find ps legover easy.

Symple bubba works like this (in semi owheel notation ;) ):

Stall the bag on a clipper. Set the bag and without putting the clipper foot down jump off the support foot and circle the bag from out to in. Plant the clipper foot. Plant the dexing foot and raise clipper foot. Stall the bag on the clipper foot toe. - this should all be done down time.

reverse swirling same foot toe stall sounds like a winner to me.

We had a hardest 2 add competition at the 2003 East Coast (of Australia) champs. As I recall neutron inside kick or pixie gyro inside kick won I think although atomic mouth catch was the coolest move hit probably ;)

I kicked today so I tried a couple of them.

I hit reverse swirling same foot toe (not as a rake). I hit it several times. It's hard but doable. The only gripe I have is that I think they may have been thin because I snake my foot around for the toe when my foot is over the bag and just past it. I'm pretty sure that won't pass the Ken Somolinos Cleanliness Acceptance test (TM).

Jeremy: I tried symple bubba loads of times and had it on my foot on many occasions. But un-sealed. It's hard, the window is small and the footwork is a brain fuck. But I'll hit it at one point.

I attempted a couple of symple reverse whirling toes and gave up very quick as it looks like the perfect candidate-trick to and a footbag career.

OT: I came close to reverse swirling same foot legover. That would be a cool 3 add

Nice Max :)

I don't know if this is possible but either of these would be up there (if they are possible).

Toe set same foot reverse swirling same toe.
Toe set op foot symple reverse swirling op foot.

Or any of the varients of those. I although the top one seems harder, I think it would be foolish to underestimate the difficulty of doing full dex moves symple style.
