Does anyone else think the toe looks like it will suck? It looks like the meterial comes to a point creating a rounded kind of convex toe ans the side view of the shoe makes it look like it slants forward too. Maybe im crazy but the laver toe looks alot better.
There is always a bigger trick.

Lol, do you really think they would design a shoe specifically for footbag that was worse than the laver? That would be just stupid, no one would buy itShredStylez wrote:Does anyone else think the toe looks like it will suck? It's really hard to even guess at that from the pictures, but yes, it looks a little pointed at the toes to me now that you've mentioned it. Maybe it was designed to have a sweet spot a bit further back then lavers? I'd like to hear more about the toe box from someone that has them too.

Jon, it´s fucking annoying how you always try to view things in the worst possible light.jon wrote:I'm sorry... but what about your pouty negative posts about the quantums before. Now your bragging to people on the internet that you own them.mosher wrote:I'm wearing quantums right now.
I was being supportive and positive and you turned that into me being a dick. You won´t get anywhere in life with this attitude.
And you can´t possibly imagine that I found the initial news of the shoes pretty overwhelming? Of course I would have a strong reaction! But Ive learned alot more and I understand the situation better and now I am not 'pouty' or negative.
I support the Quantum completely, and it is hugely to the advantage of the future of footbag that you do the same. It doesn´t help ANYTHING for you to be mister sassy pants trying to point out inconsistensies in my emotions for no fucking reason.
The money made from these shoes is not going to make ANYONE rich, it is going straight back into the project to make them even better.
So who do you choose to be, a supportive and thoughtful player hoping to better the future of footbag or a stupid complainer?
Three cheers for Jan!!! He deserves SO many fucking props for all he has done and achieved.

Also I have never sad anything bad about the quantums. I think they are awesome actually and plan to buy my own pair. I don't understand your comments on making money and how they relate to my post?
I choose to be me and live in the real world where there is a middle ground beyond the black and white scenario you pretend exists. So who do you choose to be, a supportive and thoughtful player hoping to better the future of footbag or a stupid complainer?

If someone can answer Jake's question about whether sizing is a 1/2 or a full size down compared to lavers, that'd be great. It'll cost about 139 USD to get them over here so I'd like to make sure the size is right. 50 euros is pretty steep for shipping.
Sweet looking shoe though. I'll definitely get a pair. Props Jan!

50?? A couple days ago it was 8.50 Euros to ship to Canada, and only 10.50 to ship two pair, which sounds about right. 50 must be a mistake. Just wait til the end of the week like Jan said.
