That's too bad it didn't work out, but selling a cd with the competition music was a great idea.

how much was it? id say for 3 dollars a cd would be fair. Since getting the songs is fucking easy as fuck now, all you would need to do is buy some blank cds which is cheap as fuck anyway. And if you slap a few graphics and a fancy case on it id say 6 bucks top, anything else is criminal and should get you sued by the artists i say.

actually, i found it quite bad to first not return the cds to anybody (without a word of excuse) and then sell the songs on burned cds for 2.50 euro (leaving an estimated profit of at least 2 euro).
that was really not cool and i hope it will not be done again. they could have asked the players at least.
