Rubber Sidewalks

Post by shredzilla »

I guess they're going to install a lot of these where I live, but I haven't really seen any yet. I'll be sure to try em out as soon as I see one. Here's the article:

Pretty sweet. They say they do last longer, so I can't think of any cons, except they do cost 3 times as more.

Awesome idea! They cost 3 times as much as concrete, However, they last wayy lonnger than concrete. So, I would say that in the long run, they will cost the same, perhaps less, than concrete. Cracked conrete sidewalks look ugly, and suck for running/riding/shredding/falling on.

Can skateboards roll on rubber sidewalks, or are they too soft?

That's a cool solution and a cool thing to look for! I sure hope St. Louis is gonna put some of those in.

One rubbery cushioned step closer to inflatable rubber sidewalks. I'm telling you, soon we'll all be living in giant jumping castle cities!

Tomorrow, we are going to kick at a park that has a rubber surface like that at a spray-pad, where young kids and their MILF-moms get wet at.

In the winter, I tested out the surface for shredding, and it seemed sweet.

You get a spring in every step.

We wont get to shred on it tomorrow (if it's activated), but we'll get to run under the cool sprinkler streams in the 100+ heat, and check out the hot MILF's.
