MX Gear -- Hacky Sack

Anyone who speaks German want to fill in this clueless company?
All the other videos seemed pretty hardcore, but this one just hurts to watch. Especially when they're dealing with extreme sports, we shouldn't let this sort of thing misrepresent what real footbag is all about.

Looks like they give sponsorships as well. Might be a slick opportunity for a German player or two... :D

worst footbag video ever !!

he doesnt even control it by toe kick :? + shitty music that makes look even stupider. German player MUST contact them to make another video because this one is an insult to the sport.

outside stall and toe stalls, WOW, HOW IMPRESSIVE !!!!

the girl i played with last monday is about that good and it was her first time !! she had the same control as this guy, none at all ! her record, 7 kicks. prolly better than this guy !

I just finished burning the rag that I used to whipe the puke from my mouth after watching that filth.

My little sister (age 10) could skooool this guy. I wonder if he was payed huge amounts of money to make this much of a fool out of himself.

Firstly it says hacky sack, not freestyle footbag! This is some fairly decent hack skills guys, come on!
Second, the music kicked ass.
Lastly,

This isn't at all why freestyle footbag isn't taken seriously. Honestly I bet over half of the population would find that vid more interesting than a Vasek video. Not everyone finds cup stacking, hot dog eating, or dog grooming interesting but people in those "sports" are just as serious as we are.

Whenever some one asks me, “what do I do for a living?” I tell them that I’m a hardwood specialist and that I footbag freestyle. Usually following this the person will ask “what is that?” Instead of going on about how hackysack is a name brad and all that I will just ask them “have you ever heard of a hackysack?” and then the first thing that comes to their mind is this…http://youtube.com/watch?v=DkfQChd6_tk&search=hacky.

No all that cool. i'm not saying this is the only reason why freestyle footbag isn't taken seriously, (even though i just did) but i has to play some factor.

If I get home tonight and someone hasn't emailed them, I will do it myself :p

All that needs to be done is an polite email informing them that Hacky Sack is actually a brand name and they could get sued for using it on their site, the sport is actually called footbag and "insert link to intnse vasek video here" this is what footbag freestyle really is, I hope you will agree it's a bit more MXtreme than a guy catching a footbag on his hat and kicking it for 3 minutes ;).

Here is the nearest crew to you that you can contact about getting a freestyle footbag video made for you site, they will probabl do it for free "insert club email address here".

You should leave out the part about doing it for free. That way there is a chance they will offer to pay them.

Good call ;) - at the same time though, you never know if one of these sites is a cheepskate who doesn't want to have to pay for any of their videos... I dunno, that should be left up to the crew that get asks I guess.

Ya exactly. I was just thinking it should be left over. That way the site COULD offer to pay, or try to get it for free. That's up to them and the club to decide.

a "hacky sack" video, and it doesn't have a single pendulum or jester

edit: yeah, I thought this was a company website, but seeing as it isn't a company it's not so bad.

good god.. some of you got issues...

how do you think you are in the position to judge somebodys free-time activity, which he decides to post on a personal homepage, like he was lowering your personal sponsoring opportunities or something..

are you the fuckin freestyle-stasi?

hes obviously a motocross-biker kicking around a bag and showing the video on his sports-groups site.

its far of a company or any other serious resource... just a personal photo and log page.

i want to see you on HIS bike jumping a hundred feet... and then his buddys come up to you and say: you suck.. no method-drift-360-cantaloop. get lost bitch.

oh i forgot.. most of you started with 4-add tricks. you never kicked at school.

nevermind,

j.

true, nic.

but i think that attitude (dig out a vid, rip it apart) is what makes footbag a niche. (and me not posting so much on mf.in)
i mean.. to think before posting seems to be a difficult thing compared to just bashing on a guy. (there is no product sold on the whole site and nearly all content is motocross related. no need for my german skills)
my first vid was worse, but i thought it rocked!

fyi: the german text says

Hacky Sack

Zu viel Zeit, zudem Lust gehabt ein kleines Video zu schneiden.
Einfach mal anschauen - kostet ja nichts :D

tr: too much time and for the fun of it cut a little video - just have a look, its free... :)

off to compete in freestyle at berlin footbag summer...
(wheres my footfighter... hmm or just play a netbag? ahh heres my docbag.. that´ll do.)

Wow. well, I guess simply scrolling down and clicking on what I was told to was a mistake. I feel terrible... I too assumed that it was a company
