Saddly Mr. Irish's flight has been canceled and he won't be able to make it out west until after I leave. The movers are at my house right now and the dogs are going bonkers. I hope this goes over without a hitch. Luckily I have pg 16 to comfort me and a good friend to chill with when I get to OR. I'll cetainly need it to stop these Grom withdrawls.

Speak for yourself coolchick, I owned in that vid!Moxie wrote: It's not supposed to be a great shred video.
Back in Eugene OR and living the good life once again. I am currently house sitting for some of my older friends, sipping on Tangere, and playing some harmonica. I was treated to a lovely Indian dinner last night and hit up a party where I knew no one, but left knowing everyone (who was cute enough).
Shredding hard with James Erickson the last 3 days, we'll both be at the US open on saturday and sunday.
Some things from yesterday I was stoked on:
~blurriestx2
^blurry whirlx3
`ducking clip> ripstien
>Ripped warrior>blurry whirl
-mid run whirlwind
#alpine blizard
I dislocated my shoulder about a week and a half ago, and it has been acting up lately from over use. It helps me pay attention to my form while kicking, at least. Too hot to kick today, hopefuly tomorrow. Job hunt starts monday, scarry

Can't wait to see all yall as well!
Saddly I will most likely only be there saturDAY and sunDAY, no excuses, just the way it is...
Hopefully , matt, you'll get hooked up with some of the west coasts finest. The stuff we used to call "hydro" back east, is what they call "beaster" or "swag" out here, so you'll be in for a treat no doubt...
Oh and I may be bringing a girl with me on sunday, so that should lower the ration of guys/girls to around 100/1. Your welcome Jim
After a sketchy start, I worked 2 move links today:
blurry whirl>bedwetter
spinning whirl>gyro whirl
mobius>pdx torque
blurriest>superfly
also fairy ducking butter, osis and mirage
spinning ducking whirl
and diving symposium whirl all for the first time

Busted out the lavers for the first time in a month. Damn they felt good!!!
I'm now convinced I will be switching back and forth between lavers and G units, depending on how I feel and what surface I'm on.
So I had a grand total of 6 sessions today!!!!
They were all about an hour long, i felt great! Worked mainly low impact moves like swirls and double spins, but I had some intense stuff in a few of those sessions as well.
Stepped on a scale today, 190! 160 was my best back in february, back when I could hit blurry drifters. I have a feeling P-town may give me some motivation to get back in shape... maybe not, having a G-friend sure lowers my motivation to workout. ohh well, win some lose some...
So many good shred vids coming out these last few weeks, i think I'm gunna go watch some while I sip on some of this tasty wine.

~12:36 wst, 2 bottles of wine... lots of wine lately, only thing at safeway that turns my head.
~show up in p-town tomorrow and get to do the "say hello" thing, mehhhh, then shred till legs don't move, then go to Eugene. We'll see if I feel like making it back for Sunday.
~STOKED on getting a new bag. WASABI IS THE MAN!!! I had sushi the other night and went HARD CORE on the green stuff in his honor... though I'm sure he'd still consider me a newb....been playing with a "never will break in bag" and it's been helping my form but killing my confidense, oh well
~Pray I never make a "taking a break from modified/leaving forever" post. Though recently I've found myself agreeing with people I thought I'd NEVER agree with on here so anything is posible.
~I'm gunna Play footbag for a loooooooooong time... though I may never be better than 'torch in town'

Ahhhh just woke up from a looooong nap and am looking forward to about 72 hours of nothing to do! yah
Soooooo Portland....
...ok so I decided to not show up till saturday, didn't have a ride anyway, and that turned out to be ok. The best part of doing that was everyone was there when I arrived and it was nice to say hello to everyone all at once. Ussualy I say hello to around three people than start shredding that have to do an uncomfortable sweaty hello to the rest of my homies as they walk in. So seeing everyone again was really nice.
Also having fresh legs was nice and ended up to my advantage because one of the first things I heard when I arrived was "you wanna coImpete in circle comp" from Nick Landis. Hell yeah! So I shredded a bit... DAMN Sam Potter and Matt Cross REALLY impressed me. Both of there games jumped a TON since last I kicked with them. I also gotta mention Chris Miller, who gave me a DOPE bag whitch i'm gunna go shred with once I get done with this and whatch Smooth Criminal a few times, whos game is looking smooth and controled. Yeah the level of play is just unreal. If I were just getting into footbag I would be WAY to intimidated showing up at one of these events. But since I'm not the level is a good thing!
Judged some sick 3's and filmed a bit and whatched some incredible shred 30s, props Justin D btw, his was dope "My first good shred 30 EVER"!!!!
Then came circle comp time: ok so by no means was I thinking I would even get past the first round but a few things were going my way. 1 consistancy, 2 non traditional moves, 3 performance.
Will D was skooling me in a circle as we were warming up for our first round, but when we stepping in front of a crowd most peoples consistancy goes way down. And since I have done many gigs, and didn't hit any "coach", I was feeding off the crowd! I did a few 'stare down' ducks, some fliers, and some inside stalls, and never dropped before 20 contacts and somehow made it to finals...YAY... where I proceded to be shown my biggest weakness at tourneys. NO BIG TRICKS. It was great to have the best view in the house to whatch Jorden, Jim and David GO OFF THE HOOK!!!! This was also on day 2 so my legs were a bit , well, day 2ish and I just wanted to whatch the battle for 1-3. Once the comp was over and the epic throwdowns began I stepped out and whatched with a big old smile on my face.
I didn't really say good bye to anyone, as I left early on Sunday, whitch makes things a lot easier and less bumbing. Definatly left Ptown with a big smile and a huge motivation to skool my ass off. it was great seeing everyone again, especialy all the travelers, makes me wanna travel again REAL soon.
...yeah so time to go peal a mango and skool some swirls and maybe a fearless link or 2. Later
