Since it was like 105 degrees today, i thought i would upoad some footage. I'll keep it real simple. This is only sick 1.

Im soo stupid, i dont know what I was thinking when i put shred 30 and routines together.

Sick 1 - 4:36 mins
Sick 3 - 2:40 mins
Shred30 and routines - 14:40mins

everyone except me. . . but i wasnt in open...

that guy was benny. he had a great 2 minute routine. def.watch the routine footage.

EVERYONE needs to watch benny's routine. Possibly the best routine i have ever seen (choreography wise)

Where exactly were you guys competing? It looks like a government building or something. Super slippery floors?

It was in the movie space jam(w/Michael Jordan), the part in the office.
it was some building owned by Nortwestern University(i think), there was a basketball gym and some other stuff inside.

edit: and the floors seemed real sticky to the bottom of my shoes, zach just fell wierd(mightve been the gunits).

once that floor gets wet it gets really slippery, after a 2 min routine I was pretty sweaty.

I am not sure about this, but I think it was Benny who took second in Intermediate Routines at Worlds in Helsinki. Same body type, same facial hair (I think), and he does a lot of the same moves. I'd definitely check that out if you can find it, because that seriously is probably the best routine I've ever see someone do. It was hilarious, and he only dropped two times I think. Anyone still have that?

reed? he uses meliniums i think. just a new version of laver. nothing out of the ordinary.
