Yesterday Yandeesh and I had the privledge of attending a sweet OOPS session at Venice Beach, California. There were ten shredders in all, 4 of which were newbies, 2 were BAP, and the rest in between. Attendees:
-Big Add
-Blackjack
-Pinkus
-Colclough
-Mirken
-Yandeesh
-Julie
-Grace
-2 GCC shredders

There were a lot of sweet combos hit, amazing shred etc. So ill post some of the highlights that I remember.

Chad hit:
-gyro whirl>stepping whirl (repeat)
-tons of back to back blurry whirls
-stepping whirl> blurry whirl (repeat)
-gyro DLOs and flurry bsos
- nearly hit surging nuclear set (gyro shooting set)
Pinkus hits:
-the Best combo of the day: gyro symp. eggbeater> pigbeater> symp. eggbeater
-paradox symp. DLO
-bedwetter ( nearly hit symp. version as well)
-bladerunner (easy for him now)
-just missed pixie zulu flail
-lots of frontside atomic stuff if i remember
Senor Grommet hit:
-enterrage
-haze, tapping DLO, smoke
-blurry whirl (bsos for the 1st time!)
-toe symposium DLO
-toe schmoe>toe schmoe
-fusion
-blackula
-blur>toe blur>toe ripwalk
- 1 run including: symp.mirage, symp. pixie, symp. bubba, symp. fairy, and pdx. flail.
Fournier hits:
-(the super styliest combos)
-Big Apple
-stepping butterfly swirl
-swirling whirl!
-blurry whirl> blurry whirl> whirling swirl
-ps whirl> ps whirl
-outside se. ss symp. whirl
I didnt canch many of Sam C's combos sorry
, but im sure he can post if he hit anything cool/new.

I went to one OOPS jam ever, and it was fucking sweeeet. Of course, it helped that it was 70 degrees out in January, and I had just flown out from Providence Rhode Island. But still, it was my first time seeing Pinkus, and it was just tight seeing Bryan and Sam again. God damn, that seems like ages ago. All I really recall was being blown away by blender-barrage-toe drifter from Bryan. That`s cool.

i LOVED that session, Ken! you had sooo many 50+ contact runs, with really cool moves midrun. i think one of these cool moves was inspinning rake. i never saw those 2 ucla shredders again.
