i played for 2.5 hours today. i'm really getting better. my lenght of runs are so much better than one week ago. today i drilled double dexes, also trained torques, drifters and stepping. i wanna to change my style. steppings are much cleaner and very stylish. i want to have a style, like tomasz ostrowski or pawel fraczek, they're fucking good at this shit. today i tried fairy ss pixie set i got it, but i wanna more so i tried stepping ss atomic without plant and after 40 tries i hit it to, but only with an osis and mirage. i also beat my record of fearless nad beat my blurry whirl record.

highlights:

- blurriest > far motion [rpt]
- stepping ss atomic ss osis
- stepping ss atomic ss mirage
- phoenix > blurry whirl > blurry whirl > blurriest > tomahawk > spinning pdx whirl > spinning ducking osis !
- blurry whirlx 6
- ripwalk > sidewalk > stepping clipper > stepping legover > parkwalk [rpt]

If you can't quit smoking, maybe just try to cut down on it as a short-term goal? Work on maybe only 3 smokes a day instead of a pack a day. Eventually that'll feel comfortable and you can work down from there. Baby steps and all that. I know you can do it!

the left knee is getting better. it doesn't hurt during session and after sesh. i think playing in socks helped a lot. i had first session after 3 days break. i schooled my stepping. i believe it's not slurry. i've been thinking about my shred 30, it will be shred 30 with not so many points, maybe 170, cause i want to be sure if i can do it very well. i've been thinking also about my sick 3 and i think it will be janiwalker > whirlygig > spinning pdx blender - haven't hit that yet.

highlights:

- janiwalker > foodprocessor > ps whirl
- pdx torque > spinning osis !
- mobius bsos a couple of times.
- barraging ss legover bsos, suniwalker bsos, janiwalk in one run
- sunilwalker > ripwalk [rpt]
- steppin clipper > janiwalker [rpt]

I came back from Ustka today. There was one of the greatest tourney i've ever been. there were many fans, something about 150-200. i had great time. haven't hit anything new recently. i was second in shred 30 (180,62 points), 7th in routines, and 6th in sick3 (phoenix > blurry whirl > ps whirl :/). my routine from eliminations were pretty good, i had only 3 drops, but in finals i had 7 or 8 :(

that's all, setman.
