Hagsey you have $3500 saved for a house? Where are you going to buy it? Not Rockhampton?

Also Garth's signature makes me laugh.

Correction was 4000 until i got arse raped by the stock market and it is now 3500. SELL SELL SELL.

Worked on my flip illusion last night, i can hit it consistently in runs, but i was trying pixie moves out of my flip illusion, making sure my delaying foot is in the right position, i will keep working on it tonight then i think it will be sweet.

Yes yes it is a good idea.

Worked more on my illusions. They are pretty good now i think. Pointed my toe as much as i could while i was doing the dexes. I used to watch shredders hit illusions with ease and i would think how, but now i know why, because they are fuckin easy.

Learnt bubba on my flipside first. Watched lon smith hit bubba beater in the background as ales zelinka did his run in todexon 04 on champions league. It is amazing how much you learn from vids.

So i am going to shred tonight. I will work on flip bubba first, make sure i can pixie out of it and then work on other side, then it is on to pdx illusion, and the mysterious flail.

peace.

p.s One of my juniors challenged me to a match yesterday, he is a good kid but he is getting pretty cocky. Just like i did when i was that age. Anyways he plays A3mens and he will go up to A2 mens next season. He said that he would beat me if i started on -4 and he started on +4.

Hagesy won the first 9-5
Hagesy won the second 9-7
Hagesy won the third 9-6

so all up hagesy actually won 39 points to the challengers 6. hagesy reigns supreme for now.

Yo shredded last night tried to work on pdx illusion and flail but need to do a bit more research and fix up a couple of things.

Bubba and illusion are easy peasy.

It is cool you are still alive jess, being alive is cool, and an essential ingredient to play footbag.

I have got pdx illusion solid on both sides.

hit bubba, illusion, pdx illusion bsos in the same run. easy.

However flails are pretty tough for me. At the moment i am doing a symposium inside kick, but i have a few ideas of what to do so i hope to have it nutted in the next 3 days.

I discovered i am shit at flails.

I will wait until the sydney jam and see if anyone can pass their wisdom on to me and give me some feedback about what i am doing wrong.

Relearnt osis. Hit it really well, (like i could duck it) everytime i focussed and thought about what i was doin.

peace.

Well did some more work on osis and did assorted drills. It held up fairly well and i think i have it sorted. Drilled pdx mirage, and can pixie out of it pretty easy on both sides.

I do not know whether i will get time to shred tonight.

But symposium mirage is next on the list.

peace.

Didn't shred last night and didn't wake up when i was supposed to this morning.

I hate not sticking to my routine. the hardest part is going to bed earlier to get your 7 hour sleep and then getting up at the right time. If i can do that part i am sweet.

I have the queensland open this weekend for squash. should be fun. hopefully i will win my grade.

peace.

Hey blog

havent played footbag for five days now, due to squash commitments, drunkness, and now an injury.

I should really stretch after i play sport.

Here are my Queensland Open results:

1st round
A.Hagen def D. Bonney
9-2,10-8,9-6

Quaterfinals
A.Hagen def M. Rowcliffe (4th seed)
9-0,9-7,9-6

Semifinals
A.Hagen def B.Courtise
10-8,9-7,9-7

Final
A.Hagen def C.Baker (2nd seed)
9-5,7-9,9-7,8-10,9-7

Anthony Hagen crowned Queensland Open A grade champion.

I have a groin strain and unlikely to play either squash or footbag tonight.

peace

Wow, that's awesome man! Huge props! That last game looked super close, would have been a good watch. Must have been intense to be playing in it.
