Mystic Ball the movie

Post by janis »

I just saw this movie at the melbourne film festival. It's a really good movie, and definately inspirational, I'd highly recommend everyone sees it :D

(and there's lots of footage of people actually playing, it's not a doco where people just talk the whole time)

edit: this is a movie about Chinone, a crazy footskills game
check out http://www.mysticballthemovie.com/ they have some traliers there

I thought that was called takrah, or something similar. Is that a different culture? The style and ball looked very similar. Either way, I think that stuff is really cool.

Takraw is much more competitive, like Footbag Net, and is popular in Thailand and in Laos.
