let me know. sorry, that I can only offer tonight. until when do they want to stay? tonight I'm going to spanish lessons and afterwards to open air cinema at Königsplatz (movie walk the line). we could meet there or somewhere else before or afterwards... I could steal some moves of Honza!

do you shred this weekend? tomorrow maybe?

gotta keep it on. was soo lazy during the last hothothot dayz...

Heyhey. Solo shred today in my garden:

Finally I really understood Butterfly! Did it both sides and also butterfly>butterfly both sides. Have to be more calm and "fall into" it later and raise my catching foot higher.

on fire I grabbed the next trick: I managed drifter!!

but on my flip side I tried a thousand times... never made it to a clean follow-up kick or catch... but good enough for one session!

ps. I have the CD with all routine-songs from the worlds! gonna burn one copy for Bea. anybody else wants it?

Wow Tobi ! Drifter is really cool, you gotta show me next week -
i'm dying to shred . My feet are much better now due to the orthopedic insoles and i even had a small session today...

And thanks to Asmus and Alex ( aka da partyboyzz ) for their kind comments,, it was definitly nice to meet and to atlk to you guys, and
i hope next time that happens, there will be more shred

sorry. short on time. just at a glance:

shred was fun. the new Toby (Toby II) is starting off good with his stalls. he was assiduously trying. the perfect attitude to grasp it quickly

dunnow exactly: around 4 to 6 consecutive alternating stalls!
daryl was back himself again! nicely some shorter runs. including bodytwisting wrenching spinning clipper to drifters and crazy other moves I can't recall. hehe. moreover some practice routines with bea on butterfly and drifter. nice. I did 9 clippers in a row and with bea's help I think I'll get a clean butterfly sooner or later. she is brining her style to perfection. I was impressed by the ease and beauty of her runs. relaxed looking as it should be - not a gearwheel harvesting hyperspeed-shred.

I'm going to spain the 20th of august and will order some Footbag-Convergence-T-Shirts from Arturo in Madrid. if you also want something out of their shop (http://www.footbag.es) let me know. Shirts only in black or white at the moment...

and we will spread footbag to africa! I will donate the bags tonight!

hey all again!

any plans for next week? we could plan a more-often Olympiabad-shred maybe? I really digged it and swimming is another good thing I wanted to seek on a regular basis...

or mondays again? (whats wrong with the weather!? aargh!

Nice Photos, i like these 4 picture in one photo style very much.
On the second picture are two guys, i mean the left is called Daniel and live in koblenz, right?
