Haven't been kicking well these days because of being so tired. Sleep (or lack thereof) has been a problem for me, but this week it should be a lot better since I work the later shifts and can sleep in.

So finally had some productive sessions yesterday and this afternoon. Nothing ground breaking, but my legs felt fresh and was able to get on top of things. I broke my Gyro Rev. Swirl record, so it's now 4 and tied my Blurry Whirl record of 6, I think.

On Friday I *finally* learnt how to do alternate toe stalls that are set about an inch or two above your foot (Vasek does them on Vasek Raw if you don't know what I'm talking about). They are so fun, and it's great for warming up your legs or inbetween runs while you take a breather :).

Next session on Wednesday. Tomorrow I'll be going to the gym - back, triceps and obliques.

Had a sesh today, but it didn't get good until the last twenty minutes, then I had to get ready for work. Fucken cocktease :? .

- Muted Tapping and Atomic Swivel bs for Kevin
- Rev. Swirling Blender bs again
- Butterfly Rev. Swirl x 2 bs
- PS Eggbeater bsos
- Pdx Blender > Mobius > Pdx Blender > fuck up.
- Food > Blurry Whirl bs
- Run starting with weak Bedwetter, than had PS Eggbeater (first time midstring), than strong Bedwetter than some other 5 adds thrown in

Maybe I'll kick tomorrow, depends when I wake up, how long my work-out is and if the studio at the YMCA is open.

Yup! Right after strongside while you were talking with Amber  .

EDIT

Went to the gym, worked abs and to my happiness was able to footbag in the studio for 2 hours! Hoorah! Afterwards I finished my ab work out (almost felt like puking trying to push it hard) and now here I am in my towel feeling clean and there are perogies and Salmon in a herb sauce cooking in the oven. Yum!

- +20 contacts of Parkwalk > Blur > Dimwalk > Blizzard
- Pixie ss Whirl > Blur > Pixie Whirl > Blizzard x 4
- Gyro Rev. Swirl > Gyro Eggbeater bs (almost bsos)
- Food Processor > Spinning Blender bs
- Fog > Dimwalk x 2
- Bedwetter > Dimwalk x 2
- PS Eggbeater bsos twice (starting on each side - it's feeling better!)
- Mobius qaudruple bsos -> aka My Bitch
- Spinning Blender > Rev. Swirl x 2 > run with Pdx Blender > Rev. Swirl nearly bsos (dropped last Rev. Swirl :()
- 4 contacts of Rubberman with Predators bs (starting with Blur)
- Good run with... 4 (I think?) unique six adds

Worked shuffle, and it felt pretty good (those two top drills plus Rubberman x 3) then moved on and drilled some links and fearless. Also did one attempt of my "mellow" Shred 30 - 2 drops. Should still have scored +180 with it.

Not too sure if I will kick tomorrow. If I don't, then the next sesh will be Saturday. If I do, then I won't kick this weekend. Sunday paintballing = stoked.

Thanks for the props guys, it's been really bringing up my mental game.

And now for another post from a fucking awesome session in the studio! Strings were a bit lacking, but some hellofalot of new links and tricks! Played for 2 hrs and 45 minutes.

- Super Ego / Atomic Ducking Blender for Matt (I seriously was like "WTF?!?! I can't do this!")
- Spinning PS Eggbeater bs
- Atomic Rev. Swirl bs
- Muted Tapping Rev. Swirl bs
- Gyro DLO > Dimwalk x 2
- PS Eggbeater > Atom Smasher / Legbeater bs
- PS Eggbeater > Dimwalk x 2 8O
- Bedwetter > Phoenix x 2
- Gyro Blender > Gyro Clip x 2
- Bedwetter > Dimwalk x 2 > run with Fog > Dimwalk x 2 and a few other five adds
- Mobius > Rev. Swirl x 2 > run with Mobius > Rev. Swirl bs
- Atom Smasher x 13 (new record I think)
- Ripwalk x 29 (from the other day, forgot to mention it)
- Diving Clip > Ducking Clip > Diving Clip > Ducking Clip > Weaving Clip > Zulu Clip > Weaving Clip > Zulu Clip > Weaving Clip > Ducking Clip > Weaving Clip > Ducking Clip > Diving Clip > Zulu Clip > Diving Clip > Zulu Clip > some other stuff
- Spinning Blender > Food Processor bs
- Spinning Blender > Whirlwind bs
- Whirligig > Whirlwind > Spinning Blender bs

Also worked on footbag juggling, and managed to juggle two on my left > two on my right > back to left foot again! Was trying that so hard a few weeks ago!

Thanks guys!

I took some footage from my sesh the other day in the hopes to make a video, but turns out WMM isn't good enough for me. Soo, I made a teaser for everybody while I get the hang of this new video editing software.

This is only a taste of the stuff. The real thing (I hope) will be a hell of a lot more professional ;).

Teaser

I think I'm going to take a few days off, seeings hwo my hip started acting up while I was filming :(.

When my computer is fixed, then maybe everyone will find out ;).

But yeah, my computer crapped out on me the other day. We think it's a power supply issue, but I'll have to take it in to get it checked out. It's a real bummer because I spent over a thousand dollars to get it upgraded and now it stops putting out. Wtf :/.

So anyways, been kicking. Rory is back in the city and we finally were able to kick today. Kevin was hitting Sick 3s like nobody's business and Rory has gotten twice as good since the last time we played. I had some good strings and stuff.

- Butterfly Swivel bs
- Dimwalk Swivel bs
- Spinning Butterfly Swivel bs
- Symp Rev. Swirling Blender
- Gyro Symp Eggbeater
- Butterfly Rev. Swirl > Sidewalk x 2
- Blurry Drifter > Ripwalk x 4
- Bedwetter > Dimwalk x 2 > Fog > Dimwalk x 2 > run
- Haze > Parkwalk x 2
- Parkwalk > Fog > Dimwalk > Bedwetter > Parkwalk > Fog > Dimwalk
- Spinning Whirl x 2 > Mobius > Pdx Blender midstring

Today I had two sessions - the first being with Kevin and Rory at the YMCA (2 hours) then we dropped Kevin off at work and Rory and I continued playing for about another 2 hours. I played real well, strings were happenin and felt pretty creative with links.

In personal news, I've went out and drank a fuckload two nights straight. Friday night was a going-away party for Reily (a young woman I worked with) and last night a buddy of mine threw a house party. A pregnant Playboy playmate was there, and she said I was cute 8) .

BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM.
