I have a perfectly clean SNES meaning all other games work in it, but my Mortal Kombat II does not work which is disturbing since Ive had the same one for 10 years, how can I clean this game? I have something that cleans the system but I need to know how to clean the game not the SNES. Any tips?

Go look at some gaming forums. I think what ppl do is use some alcoholic based cleaner (or something like that) on the cartridge connectors.

I use a cotton tip and dip it in rubbing alcohol. Clean off the cartridge connectors on the game and system. Amazing how grimy those things get... I've actually never done that for SNES, I've done it a lot on NES so I expect you could just do the same. Do like the others said, check some other gaming forums, I'm sure you can find some good information. *google*

If you can't get it to work, but still want to play it, you could always ROM it.

thats actually worse for your game.
think. you blow bacteria and spit in there. it hits some dust, grows into mold or corrodes, and now your game will never work.
the alcohol and cotton swab works well, but dont get it dripping wet. alittle damp is good.
compressed air is good too.
