Alternative move names

I'm suggesting we change any move names or that "we" can anyway. I was just drilling my ducking blenders the other day and thinking about what a waste that move name was - "mind bender" and I was thinking, what moves are there that if you invented them you would have named them differently and why?


I would name

ducking blender:
Lunch

Pixie ducking blender:
Snack

Spinning ducking blender:
dizzy lunch

Atomic ducking blender:
Spelunker lunch

Quantum ducking blender:
Still hungry

Yes, one of my favourite things about footbag nomenclature is how many hidden meanings can be found in trick names.

Camille once told me about how she and someone else (can't remember) were discussing how fairy eggbeater should be fegg/fagbeater.

If I didn't know what a Mind Bender was, I would guess that it was a ducking blender. I've never had a duck in blender, for lunch or any kind of snack either. I'm not sure what kind of stuff you guys eat in Tasmania...

Of course, Fairy Eggebeater should be called Fe(a)ggBeater.

I personally think all the trick names are fine, and most are exceptionally well named.

No, I don't see anything wrong with pigbeater. I doubt there's many people who beat pigs and it's not really an issue. Fagbeater is definately the worst name ever.

Lol Jeremy, i'm sorry but I think all the current blender names are great :p they are entirely rellivant (mind bender is becuase ducking blender is a b(l)ender that goes round ur mind(head)) etc.

Though fairy eggbeater shoiuld DEFINATLY be figbeater - it's only sane, pigbeater and figbeater, smear and fear, fudge and smudge and to a lesser extent smog and fume - all actually related... pigbeater and urangatun... I don't think so.
