Alright....

Someone is gonna have to break it to you

You're "toe grifter" is a refraction..

Your drifters and pdx drifters are just osises.

Drifters and Grifters have a dexterity in them.

For drifter and grifter the bag ends up going in front of your setting foot, not behind.

refraction is technically not a dexing move.

just some advice:

when you watch vids, really pay attention and try to call out the moves (in your head ) as they r hit

uhh, yea, thats the video i learned from....

i see no difference except that he is clippering the bag a lower than i do. I think i see a little difference though, my video just looks like im not dexing it.

EDIT: boys, you dont have to compete about posting in my blog, lol. i will do just fine with whomever posts first.

the only difference is that they dex with their calf and i dex with my leg.

Drifter

Set>Op In [DEX]>Same Clipper [XBD][DEL]

The move your doing is Osis, and has no dex. You don't turn on Drifters or Grifters either.

PS, Your shoes look nice.

I rpt my original question, does the bag go behind your setting leg or in front of it?

No, you don't have a dex. You shouldn't be turning at all for a Drifter. Can you do a Clipper Set Mirage? If you know what I mean, you do that same motion, except instead of finishing on Toe, it would be on that side Clipper.

here's the differences. the bag is also going behind your support leg, not just your dex leg. It has to be in front of your support leg before you catch it. also, you're catching the bag before it's in clipper position. Believe me, those posting to correct you are not trying to fool you or mistaking what you've done.

your grifter is refraction, your drifter is osis. I remember last I saw you, you couldn't do either of those moves, so it's a step forward in that respect. Maybe next time we get together, I can skool you on proper drifters. you've got really big dex windows, so I'm sure you'll be able to do it with some practice once you've seen what's really going on.

believe me, what Matt K is describing isn't "exactly" what you're doing.

picture a complete, clean mirage, and instead of catching it on the set foot, you catch it on the clipper of the dex foot after the bag has passed in *front* of the set leg (not behind, as you do).

Good luck, you'll hit it. you just haven't yet. no big deal.

I'd like to add that refractions and oses are pretty cool, too. Just a bit of positive in this page of sad.
