I hope your stepping is up to par.

sidewalk > blurry clip > rpt
sidewalk > ripwalk > rpt
stepping clip > blurry clip > rpt
stepping clip > ripwalk > rpt

after you get those, combine the first two for a run. Then combine the last two for a run.
