WOAH! Your atomics and stepping sets are SO DAMN EFFICIENT! They are some of the best i've seen, honestly, so effortless, very low movement, VERY impressive bro, i'm not surprised what-so-ever that you can hit predator and rasums and blurry drifter so easily!

Also your spins are looking AWESOME! Keep it up bro!

Friday 8th September
Length:
1 hour 30 minutes
Drilled: BOPs, Illusion, Stepping, Atomic, Drifter, Whirl, Fairy, Nuclear, Blazing.

Tried stringing BOPs as long as I could, got 42 but I didn't try for very long so that's not too bad.

Blew the crap out of my old stepping drill record...

stepping clipper > sidewalk > ripwalk - 25 contacts

holy hell that felt good.

First shred in insoles today, first half my feet were a little uncomfortable/sore, but the second half was fine. My shin isn't pounding like it often does after a session, so that's good. Anyway, will be a little while before the shin splints are gone, but it's good to see that already it's been worth the purchase.

Also smashed my drifter record, 30 consec now :D never felt so in control of my drifters before.

Drilled fairies a bit, they're improving. Hit Fairy Drifter (Fume?) a bunch of times bs, although flipside was fairly awkward.

Also hit a bunch of sweet matadors and sumos, as well as osis > matador a couple of times. Nuke is getting easier each session.

Proper form has taken my whirr's to a new level. Hit quite a few today, pretty easily. And hit ripwalk > whirr > ripwalk heck yeah 8)

Got a few blazing butterflies bs as well. Pretty hard set, but feels pimpin' when you pull off a good one.

Rubberman was good, hit it starting bs and got to 8 contacts once. I think that's equal my record, not sure. Gotta get 9.

Will probably shred again tonight. Footbag rules.

Friday 8th September
Length:
1 hour (Total this year: 150 hours 30 minutes)
Drilled: BOPs, Whirl, Fairy, Stepping, Atomic, Blazing.

Really hard session, felt like quitting after 15 minutes but pushed through! :)

Whirls looking better and better. Fairy too. Hit the most controlled rubberman tonight, although screwed the set on the last legbeater. Which was annoying, up until then it was so smooth and flowing, wasn't struggling at all. Also got 5 contacts of rubberman with illusions twice, real happy with that! I'm so close I can taste it.. muhahaha....

Tombstone b2b again, finally. Although haven't attempted in a couple of months.

Also blazing butterfly bsos. Seriously love this set hehe.

Tried stringing BOPs again, got 45 2nd or 3rd try, happy with that. It's awkward shredding at night cause at the moment I only have one light, so the bag falls in shadow sometimes :( Hence not much osis/spinning work tonight.

i used to put a bunch of table lamps, wth their light covers taken off, in a circle around me when it was late. sometimes i would even tape these sessions. those shadowy toe>mirage>legover>(drop) strings looked dope...

(if this didnt make sense, or wasnt as funny as i think it is right now, its because i just smoked some headies  )

edito-dayum, forgot i wanted to talk about something. i want to hit sidewalk>blender>rpt. you should too. dare yah. also i think i can hit tombstone today if i try. you already have, havent you. i'd imagine. also i must remember to hit pixie same drifter...smog, isnt it? i dont recall because i never imagined i could hit it until it suddenly felt really easy a couple days ago. im all about drifters and stepping lately. and of course blenders. anyway, kickass! sorry i wrote so much shit in your blog but i have a valid excuse. peace out doodrad,

I considered grabbing some lamps, but couldn't be bothered. Will buy a proper light soon anyway.

Pixie Drifter is Smoke. Pixie ss Drifter is just that, I think. Cool trick! Hit it! :)

That'd be a cool drill. I'm nowhere near it, I'm still learning to whirl properly, let alone blender. I could do sidewalk > dyno rpt though, I'll hit that for ya :)

Stepping, Drifters and Blenders... mmm... good mix :) I like it when you post in my blog.

When you say "stretches", what do you mean by that? As in, what types of "stretches" are you doing to improve crank?

Inside stall > raise and lower a few times slowly > walkover > raise and lower clipper a few times slowly > walkover > rpt

My sideways crank is fine, but my foot slopes forward, so I'm working on that.

Sunday 10th September
Length:
1 hour

Fun session, mainly just shredded, no drilling. my flipside whirl is so FRIGGEN FRUSTRATING JUST DEX THE BASTARD!!

*ahem*

Got some good runs. 56 contact BOP run, which was good. Not happy with my butterflies though, almsot always dropped on butterfly and much too often, must concentrate! but happy with the final result.

Also tried to cram as many unique stepping moves into one run as I could.... I got ripwalk, sidewalk, blur, blizzard all bsos and finished it off with blurry whirl. Tried to add in crispy torque and stepping clipper but no luck, too tiring.

also got rubberman a bunch of times

And some sick blazing sets, including the cleanest flipside one yet. Tough set though, must be careful, sometimes it jars my knee, no good!
