Let's just give every move and every combination of moves a number. And just to be as vague as possible, we will not allow the number to represent difficulty, add count, dex count, or anything that would help in any way to identify the move.

Ianek won Sick 3 in 2007 by hitting 17 > 521 > 83.
- "Oh my God, that was the cleanest 83 I've ever seen!"
- "No one does 521 like Ianek."
- "Ianek is the king of 17."
...
Seriously, that video was awesome and I really like blink. Ianek, you are so good and I am really impressed. You seem to move slowly and smoothly and then, snap, you whip your legs around for a move and then fall right back into smooth.
I like the name because you hit it so well and you named it. You could have called it "bird droppings" and I would still like it.
For you haters, I would like to see you in downtown Rochester shredding it up and scream, "Oh, he just hit Your Mom!" We'll see how many inner-city kids like the sound of that.
To end on a good note, I really like this move. It is very entertaining to watch. It happens so fast that it makes you want to see it again and again so that your brain can figure it out. Keep up the good work Ianek.

Nice video.
I made up toe reverse swirling toe (for myself) last summer. I wanted to name it, but wasn't sure if it had been hit b4. It's not hard, but it's cool and unique. I came up with it in my basement after thinking of slicing set.
The following post from when I did the move in my sick 3 (near the bottom of the post):

This post is the name I temporarily named it (Oct 25):

I never really came up with a name, especially cuz I wasn't sure it deserved naming rights. I'm not procaliming first rights here, but just wanted to put it out there.

Okay, I don't like the name, but I'll let that go.
It's not a concept though, it's a trick. Paradox is a concept. Symposium is a concept. Reverse Swirling Toe or even Reverse Swirling is not a concept. If you are trying to rename Reverse Swirl then you are renaming a trick, not a concept. You are saying there is a trick called a swirl and when you do it the other way it's called a "Blink" (I hate that name).
A couple of cool moves I hit before retiring.

I still do tricks, it's just not part of my daily or even weekly life. I've basically decided to kick for fun when it appeals to me and not compete against myself anymore. It just hurts to much.Matt Cross wrote:For someone who doesn't do footbag tricks any more, you sure do have a lot of disdain for the name of one.
One thing I never understood about this whole thing is why reverse swirl moves were never called twirling moves. I mean you have a move called Blur and Blurry moves. You have a move called swirl and swirling moves. Why not Twirl and have Twirling moves.
