In which the Miller tells a story about a Carpenter who has married a woman much younger than he and is very beautiful. The Caroenter gets fooled by the young man living with him, into building 3 boats in preperation for another great flood. The Carpenter puts them on his roof so they can all fall asleep in them and wait for the waters. Once the carpenter is asleep the wife and the young man sneak downstairs and make sweet sweet love. Then, another young man comes to the window looking for a little late night kiss from the young wife. In the dark she sticks her ass out the window and the guy gets a lip full of anus. He leaves humiliated and comes back with a red hot poker. The next time he calls for a kiss the young man living with the Carpenter sticks his ass out and farts at the dude, only to get a hot stick in the butt. He starts screaming "water, water" at which point the Carpenter wakes up thinking the flood is coming and his wife and intern are drowning in it. He busts through the roof and falls straight to the ground breaking his leg. The whole town wakes up and comes running. They all laugh at how stupid the Carpenter was to fall for the trick.
