I kicked with Sam and Scott on saturday. It was fun. I don't remember much of the session. It was still cool

Yesterday with damien. Main highlights:

atom>leg>blur>atom>leg>far butter.

damn last blur. boo.

toe blur so close.

lots of long strings. w00t w00t. His footfighter=heaven.

Thats about it.

had a very short solo session yesterday as well as today. i actually enjoyed them. i'll definately be having more because the gym that i belong to has big rooms that nobody uses for a good portion of the day with great lighting and a great surface, as well as a sound system that i have yet to see locked(now if only i can remember to bring some cd's). they also have a pool and hot tub, great for after sessions =). also im leaving for idaho in a few days, very excited about that. it'll be my first trip to the shredquarters. i'm also making some big lifestyle changes that'll be very good for me.

p.s. gonna go see the protector with red either before idaho or in idaho, that movie's gonna rock!!!!

Woo, Scott! What are you practicing?

I had a solo session today in my room for the first time. It's the money shred spot now that I found a roll of carpet to lay down over the carpet my parents don't want me to ruin by playing on. I have all my music conveniently in the same room on my computer, and the surface is nice and bouncy.

Style and form work is coming along decently, but there's still a lot of work to be done.

good to hear the protector was awsome, i'm looking forward to it so much!! i will have another solo session later this afternoon, 4th day in a row. i plan on trying to kick at least 3 times a week, probably more like 5 though. i keep the sessions pretty short because i get bored after a half hour. maybe it'll be better with music. so far i've just been working on a couple things i already do but they're kinda weak. i think today i'll work on ducking. yesterday i hit clipper>ducking clipper>same clip>ducking clip>same clip>ducking clip>drop
