Great vid man it looks like your improving alot!
You had some nice strings in there, but what was with all the hand catches? You should try just shredding until you drop instead of doing a hand catch everytime. If your string length isnt that good try to use more toe bails so that you can get used to keeping the bag up for a while.
Other than that everything looks good! Just keep drilling and remember to work ur flipside 5x as much as your strongside
Looks pretty good! You need to learn the magic hop for clippers. I would also recommend giving yourself a bit more space to move around so you can throw some osis in there. Maybe also practice some uptime whirls.

BADDDDD habit, very bad.
I gotta say I disagree. To an extent, yeah, if you're shredding for the purposes of doing improvised runs and such...if you want to go until you drop, go until you drop.
But that said...

Don't fill your practice with drops unless you want to be good at dropping.
...if you aren't confident with the individual tricks yet, by all means, it's best to focus on them. (and handcatch.)

I used to do the hand-catch thing all the time too. As Kevin said, it's not a bad thing if it's intentional, but if you're hand catching to avoid drops or 'give up' on a crooked set, it's an awful habit. You're MUCH better off trying to play through that stuff.
Do five pushups every time you catch the bag when you wish you hadn't. This broke me of the habit in one session.
Nice vid. Maybe the next time you film there you can avoid the big light in the top of the picture?
Ben, your toe game is getting better! You have been working that flipside too! I liked those runs. Your string length is looking better too, but yeah, cut down on those hand catches Some helpful drills to help with string length: mirage > legover > rpt illusion > pickup > rpt pickups b2b legovers b2b
Mad props on rev whirl!! How is that flip clipper coming along? That will really open up your game once you can use it mid run along with flip butter.
thanks dude, im still working on illusion but as for the b2b's i have been drilling those but not as hard as i should be, thnaks, i'll try the mirage>legover rpt. as well. peace
I can not hit all of those moves but the thing is like other people have said try to learn everything equally on flipside. This will also make your runs longer because it gives you more options than hand catches and strong side tricks.
EDIT- Thanks Clad Ben im gonna try some of those ones, they will help my game.
