I am so glad to know that you have not disappeared and that you are still shredding it up!

You, Byrin and Chris May were some of the first footbag players I knew of back when I first got into footbag, it's good to see that you're still around!

I look forward to reading of more progress from you!

I had a little session yesterday, nothing too much. I mostly schooled my atomic set for a while and worked on my flip DLOs. I even worked on flip symple legover, too. I got a few, but not all of them.

I was close to a new trick...

I found out I've got to school those atomics for a while, I can get decent sets, but not enough of them.

I had a little session yesterday, nothing really big, I just schooled atomic sets most of the time.

I hit a few atom smashers, I was pretty happy with that. I think I've got the form down better so it should be more consistant from now on.

My strings weren't doing too great yesterday, I got really tired really fast, so I didn't try many strings.

I can't wait until tommorow's shred with the Unity Club, it's gonna be awesome!

Today's session was awesome!

I've figured out atomic sets even more! The big downside was that my clipper tricks weren't working with me too well, so it was mostly a toe night.

Here's what I hit...

I had a small session today at Mike's house, it went OK, but I was really tired.

Flip Double Switchover

I footed toe drifter > dlo rpt twice, but I couldn't seal it, arg.

Had a pretty good session with Mike, Josh, Nate, and the new guy John

It's great that we're getting more people to come and shred with us!

The high points of the session yesterday involved:

- New Tricks -
Stepping Whirl
Pixie ss DLO

- More Stuff -
2 Blurriests, one midstring
Pixie DOD

Soooo close to motion
Almost hit ducking DLO and Goliath

We got kicked out of our first shred spot by the Smith Barney building, so we moved to a spot in the park where there were a few lights.

I worked on torques, DLO's, and Eggbeaters a bunch.

Today Mike, Josh, Nate, and I had a great session at the park just south of the ASU campus!

Well, it was mostly great for me, I picked up barrages a bit.

Mike was trying inspinning when he messed up his ankle again, but after that he did manage to hit a few new quantum tricks

Go to the Arizona Footblog to see what they were!

Josh cramped up, but after that he hit some new atomic things and almost skull smasher!

Nate was doing double downing osi like it was no one's business!

Today was a pretty good session.

When it started, I was sure that quantum sets were impossible and there's no way I'd ever hit them.

About half way through the session I decided to try them and I hit:

Tripwalk bs
Slapdown bs
Slapping Legover
Toe Blur, so close to flip!
Quantum Legover

I had Frantic Butterfly off my foot a ton of times, but never really did it.

I don't even know where quantum came from, they just randomly hit me today!

Had a great session today with the Unity crew.

Mike's ankle's doin' better so he was working on strings and a new trick or two.

Josh was working on cool stuff, I really don't remember what. I'm sure it involved his awesome ankle crank though!

Nate was working on something, I don't really remember him drilling anything though.

Lucas was there and got some paradox mirages and some strings.

The drunk motorcyclist, Carl? Kent? Greg? I can't remember, randomly walked into the circle and kicked for a while.

I had a few new moves:

Vortex bs

Haze

I almost had the toe drifter > DLO rpt again!

Arg...

I'm kinda tired, so,

Curt was the alcohol reeking guy that rode up on that motorcycle a couple weeks ago! How could you forget?

Well anyways, last night's session with Josh was awesome!

He hit Mobius! What else is there to say? A lot! Atomic ducking osis! Other awesome strings!!!!

As for me, I was working on a few different things.

I worked on torques for a while, I have them a little better now, some more work and I think I will be hitting them fairly consistantly and controlled.

I worked on doing atomic sets out of different tricks.

Tap > Legbeater

Stepping Mirage > Legbeater

I footed mobius

Flip Smoke

And for some reason there were some decent tries at PS whirl.

That's about all I can think of right now.

Oh man, it's time to update the ol' blog from Friday's session...

Well, we started out with a five man circle, then it went down to three. (Descriptive, I know

)

I was pretty sore from the session on Wednesday for most of the shred, for some reason the last hour and a half or so I felt fantastic, I wasn't even very sore yesterday amazingly enough.

For the most part I school torques, eggbeaters, and DLO's on friday.

I was just messing around and managed to hit Spinning Osis > Torque.

I'm really trying to work on the form of my torques so I can hit them more often and have more control after I do.

Wow... it's really hard to remember a lot after two days.

Finally I've decided to post in the ol' blog in about a month.

My last few sessions haven't really wielded anything all too noteworthy until today.

Let's see some minor highlights from the previous sessions are mostly just a couple of simple drills and gyro illusion.

Today's session was pretty good. I got a sick three for the comp. and I hit a few cool things.

I hit Drifter > Pdx Drifter rpt

I drilled flip pixies.

Came close to Magellan X3 > Pixie Legover rpt.
Also came close to Magellan > Pixie Same Pickup > Magellan > Pixie Legover rpt.

I know there was more but I can't think of it right now.
