the wierdest thing happened a night or two ago. so i have two new roommates that i haven't really gotten to know yet. a couple of us were sitting around and we got on the subject that i'm leaving for idaho soon for a footbag tournament. one of my new roommates says " hold on a second i've got a present for you" runs down to his room and comes back up with a footbag video!!! what?!?! how on earth does he have a footbag video?!?! it's "the sickening" by ellis piltz. aparently one of his old roommates played footbag for a while several years ago and got it when it came out. how strange.

danny, yes you can borrow it, also i gotta kick with you and damien sometime soon. in case anybody doesn't know i'm in idaho. i got here on tuesday and it has been nonstop good times. i've been shredding better than ever before. hit a new combo, dimwalk>pdx mirage>rpt, i also hit my longest ever string of 37 contacts. unfortunately about a half hour after my great string i twisted/rolled/whatever my ankle on a smudge attempt. i thought it'd be better by this morning but it's not, i'm hoping it's better by tomorow because i really really want to kick more.

I've been alright, if anybody was wondering how I have been.
Foot cramped up on monday... or tuesday. so i haven't kicked since.
Dan screwed up his ankle trying voodoo. It was funny but sucky at the same time, cause he just recovered from hurting is ankle before.
Erik Sedarholme left me a message saying he got new lavers and wants to kick!
Yay! HE is the one showed me and Josh M. how to footbag. Its time to teach him some stuff

Danny Williams.
Had my first real solo session since probably before the 0pen.
Not to many highlights, just working on stuff.
My osii are really bad. I think it might be the bag is still rolly, but I don't know.
My other bop stuff is top-notch, in my opinion.
Stepping is great. I've been working my flip blur>atomic stuff so I can finally get rubberman.
Atomics come and go for some reason, though.
Pixies rule! yay!
Yesterday I really concentrated on keeping my arms up (For you, Sam
) Its still gonna take some time to remember, and get used to, but you know.

well i guess i should tell everybody about the idaho jam. it was a ton of fun, definately one of the best events i've been to. i got in on tuesday very much before anybody else. zeb and zack came and picked me up (thanks guys) and drove over to the freedom footbags shredquarters. it was my first time being there and it's a very cool place. got to shred in the big shred room, watch the kittens fighting/playing all over the place, and help fix a hot tub(over the next couple days). lon came in wednesday morning and we all kicked and had a good time. then we went to live after five, this awsome event in downtown boise. every wednesday at 5 they have live music and party type thing in the middle of downtown, lots of fun. the cops were very very anoying though. they kicked us out of the place where we were to way over by the enterance so we wouldn't block the flow(nobody was walking by) then after five minutes of being there a different cop kicked us even further out and to the side so that we wouldn't block the flow(we were in about a 20 ft enterance and like literally two people walked by us while we were there.) very fun still though. hit my longest run ever, 37 contacts(tiltless not guiltless). about a half hour later i twisted my ankle on a smudge attempt. gotta leave you there for tonight on a cliff hanger, more later.

Epic Session:
Players: Danny Williams, Josh Mouser, and Erik Sedarholme.
Intense.
I started out well, but got tired later. Erik took me out in some Horse.
Still cool to kick with the people I started out with, and them give me props for once
Sam, do you still play footbag?
Scott, I didn't stop at the cliff, I fell. Tell me more!

hi blog. <3
I played for the 6th day in a row today. I recently evolved my training regimen and now that I have an indoor place to play, shred is on for the indoor season.
I'll give my updated regimen a couple weeks of play to see how it works and then make alterations.
I'm really looking forward to SJFF. It should a be good time.
