I'd love to play Thursday too, but as usual my work schedule gets in the way. I can play in the morning until about 1pm, or anytime after 10pm. Can anyone play those times?

That's everyone, right? Anyway, I think since Jorden and Johnny are in the western direction, it would make more sense for Skippy to take them.

I know my place is closer than Dan's to Taishi, so maybe we can figure something out. I don't know EXACTLY where everyone is, but the closer it gets the better we are to have everything possible figured out.

Speaking of which, do we have hotel rooms figured out?
Nicole, my girlfriend, won't be staying with us, so she doesn't need a spot. I do though. If dibs aren't the way to go, maybe, Mike, can you get another room??? I called them and they didn't know about the footbag thing, so maybe you should keep dealing with them... hotel people freak me out, and I have lots to do already with the driving.

I don't think I'm gonna be staying in the hotel...I'm basically broke as of not having a job and everything, so I'm gonna see about crashing at Tom's. And if not there, then in the beast known as my car. But I do believe that I'll be staying at Toms.

So that means that it's 7 people staying in 2 rooms. Is that ok? PAJAMA PARTY! Since I'm the only girl, I say that I get my own bed.

Hey I'm wondering what time we can leave at on Friday. I don't have school so I'm good to leave at any time. I'm thinking the earlier the better. That way we can settle in early and have time to relax, and we can avoid Friday evening traffic.

I also talked to Greenwood and Vida, and they are also good to leave early.

So, I want to check:

-Mike, you said you can try to take the day off of work, right? Are you going to do that?

-Erik? You can leave early as well?

-Josh I think I remember you saying that you have Fridays off too? What about Nicole?

-Taishi, what time can you leave on Friday?

Dan is going to leave early too, and Taishi is near Eglinton West station, so that is a bit west. I don't think that him going to Kipling station or wherever to meet Dan is TOO crazy (will take him less time than it takes me to get to Josh's). The van already has 7 people, so maybe we should just leave it at that.

And for the rooms, Adam and Josh, you already called dibs on Mike's room, so I'm thinking that perhaps the rooms will be:

-Mike
-Josh
-Adam
-Taishi

-Me
-Johnny
-Jorden

If Johnny and Jorden are coming, that is.

And Mike, are both rooms non-smoking? Because if one is not, maybe the smokers (i.e. Josh & I) would rather stay in there?

Sorry if I'm going into way too much detail about things here, I just want to be sure about everything well in advance.

Non smoking is fine. I actually prefer it, as I imagine it might not be a good idea to do what I smoke in the room anyway. But hey, I'll take anything.
I think we should be good to leave fairly early on Friday. I'll know for sure probably Monday, but I can say TENTATIVELY that we could probably leave around 2-3.
Then we either eat when we get there or grab a bite on the way, but I recommend that everyone bring a snack or two to share, and we'll have a pot luck road trip.

I have everyone's number who is slated for the van, so I'll get in touch pretty soon. Probably when I find out for sure about the when I get the van.

About playing tomorrow! Mike, if it's around the U of T area I should be able to play at noon. I'm going to a Jays game for 4.
