I'm a bit sad to report that the two NYFA members that I wanted to bring (the ones I mentioned in PM, Tom) are not coming. I believe they are reasons that are beyond my control.

If there's a stitching tutorial being thrown down, I'll be glad to help! :P

I don't think I'll have time to stitch bags to sell immediately at the event (at least as much as I did at Funtastiks), but I'll definitely be placing orders! Wasabi bags anyone?

See you guys in a week!

Train tickets settled. I thought I'll be taking an early leave on Sunday, but since it's Yom Kippur I can spend a lot of great time and memories at Kingston all weekend!

I need to know where everyone has booked so I can iron out any kinks that may exist.

I talked to the Rest Inn today and I wrangled in the various reservations that had been made by names I recognized into the footbag group.

There was Mike Faille with 2 rooms booked, the rooms had one single bed each (not what I was first told, sorry for the mix) and I changed them to double beds.

Mike Anello has two rooms also.

I have two more rooms with two double beds each left. Who will be needing to book still?

I think Flash needs a room still.

Oh! Ianek, where did you book?

Thanks for everyone's cooperation! I really feel like this will be a very fun event!

Tom,

I am coming, but haven't booked yet. I will also be bringing one, maybe two other people with me. We don't mind sleeping on the floor or sharing a motel room with others.

Let me know if I should make my own booking or if we can be squeezed in with someone else's.

Thanks for organizing!

Just squeeze me in a room with some floor space. I'm a small person. :P

Guys, you can't all just take this attitude, almost all the rooms are getting booked/full and I don't want people winding up with no where to stay, please sort out where you'll be sleeping. Come to me if you can't figure anything out.

I will be posting all the driving directions and pertinent information tomorrow!!
The directions will be VERY simple and easy to follow, I promise. :)

Yes, but no offense, I trust my directions and knowledge of Kingston over your ability to 'figure it out'. :P

Ben, you're taller than me! Much taller!! 8O

I'm pretty sure I can find some space. I'm bringing my sleeping bag and will refuse to sleep in a bed if somebody else needs it. Maybe bunk in with Chris Dean and Matt Cross wherever.

But you know, with all of the partying that's going to happen, I could collapse anywhere and not know it. :)

There's going to be a lot of people who are going to be disappointed that they didn't get in on the meal plan. This is a last call so we can tell the caterer how many people need to be fed. So far, we have 15 people who've wanted in on this. I highly doubt of the 50 people who are coming, only 15 want in on this. If you know anyone who doesn't check the boards regularly and is coming and would want this, have them PM Tom.

$30 for 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches. Those who aren't opting into the meal plan will have to find food themselves.

That's too bad Jorden. But good news to someone who may be looking for space in FAT's hotel rooms at the Rest Inn. Let me know if you need space and want to share with us.

Are you sure you can't make it, Jorden? I don't want to give your bed away unless you're sure.
