no session today.... didn't want to fight for space on the basketball courts bymyself tonight, and eric was busy with h-work. thats ok it's the first day I didn't play for at least an hour since wednesday of last week. Yesterday I had a solo session... working on double dexterity... basicly double worlds many time both sides both directions... Hit some Barraging legovers...nothing new but the dexes are feeling clean and the barrage is higher.

solo session tonight for about 50 minutes, in the hallway of one of teh campus buildings,,, Worked legover. My legovers are really coming along. Left side was a little hesitant but other than that... everything was smoothe. Hopefully I will have a session with eric tomorrow, he turned me down tonight because of school work... exceptable, but dissappointing. I continue to study a little everyday, in an attempt to better my mind, and so I do not need to study exhaustingly the night before exams so I can keep a good couple of hours out of that day for footbag, spanish, and water polo. My diet latley has been largely bean foundation, and oatmeal.. I'm living on a twenty dollar a week budget. and it has been working out well.
30 egg 1,39
gallon milk 1.75
bread 2.36
jar of beans 2.50
oatmeal 50lb 50.00
girlfriend guesting at the dining halls....... Priceless

I had another solo session today. Warmed up with around the worlds, clipper, ducks, and spins. Today was a clipper day for me so I worked whirls, drifters, swirls, and osi. I was goin g to work symposium whirl, but my ankle was feeling a bit funny(nothing bad) so i worked some more on the beforementioned concepts.

I didn't want to but I took a two week break focusing in a on projects and studying for test.... Pain... now I'm behind in my footbag. Had a session this morning, my second after the break. I worked pixies, it was frustrating, since I recently worked on them a few months ago, but seemingly they have diminshed... Oh well. I will be shredding hard for the next few months despite projects coming in the near future, I will percevere, I'm a survivor. Haha alrigth enjoy your modified. I'll keep you posted every now and then.

dude guys i have had a few lame weekends that would have been ideal for a college campus trip.

Not to impose just putting the idea of realizing if/when its a good week to invite my ass out there.

safe bet i can get tom to come with as well.

Cool dude! If you and Tom came down that would be awesome! (tho I'm not sure reid and i would impress you guys too much with our diminishing skillz).

But yeah, it would be fun to see you guys and shred. How about the weekend of Nov. 11th??

Awesome Shawn! Yeah that will be a good weekend. Saturday night there's gonna be this hilarious sketch comedy show and then most likely a kegger to follow. It will be fun.

Anyone can stay at my place (if my roommate doesn't drive you crazy that is). Or I'm sure Reid and Kevin wouldn't mind people crashing at their place either (haha i'm volunteering their place :P ). But yeah either way is cool with me.

Damn I better start shredding again  :D
