Post by janis »

Due to a knee injury I'm looking for laver insoles,(should I just switch to climas?) so what are the best insoles for shock absorbtion? cost is not an issue.

I use Spencos in my lavers and I like them a lot. I think they're something like 20-25 dollars american.

However, I've heard about these insoles called superfeet, and they're supposed to give you a lot of absorbtion and arch support. My mom uses them when she goes to the gym and she likes them a lot. Might wanna check out their website or something.

Before you spend money on insoles(which for me just made my shoes heavier and interfered with my clippers), have you checked that your technique is right? are you always landing toes first, rather than on your heel?

I'm thinking about something... and there is a very high chance it has something to do with footbag.

My technique is so-so, however bad knees run in the family and I've had sore knees long before starting footbag.

I ended up buying these insoles today:
