Without providing lengthy context, here's a couple of the more "genius" recommendations in Section 5 (V).:

Energy Integration

Recommendation:

Encourage enhanced integration of the Mexican grid, with that of the United States.


What do you think of that? How about you folks in California? Does your energy infrastructure operate at 100% reliability?
What possible benefit could you gain by hooking up to Mexico's grid?


Border Security and Pandemic control

Recommendation:

(...) it is also essential that thoughout a pandemic, all borders and major roads remain OPEN (....)

Free trade, and the flow of goods and illegal aliens is the priority of the SPP, according to the section that has that recommendation.


Common sense would dictate, in the event of a large outbreak of bird flu, or other dangerous contagion, that Canada, Mexico, and the United States, restrict traffic accross, or within their borders.

The section that includes that fool-hardy recommendation, also recommends that drivers who are NOT allowed to drive between nations, be allowed, to deliver relief supplies and medicines.


This is B.S., because we know the well being of the common folk is the last priority of the S.P.P. fucks.

Under the S.P.P. , a catastrophic pandemic might enable unrestricted travel of every Mexican semi-truck in the U.S.

You should look into that super highway they are trying to foist onto Texans, and other states in the path of that monstrosity.

Many"eminent domain" seizures of property will be required to build that highway.

Be aware ,if they occur, and note how the media brushes all of it under the rug.

It is even suggested, that the customs' facility for the highway planned in Kansas City (handed over by the local officials), will be funded by the local or American taxpayer.......yet Mexico will have complete sovereignty over the land the facility sits on.
