Taishi, you're a super cool guy. I'm so sad that you can't make it to the Cornell Juggling Festival! But, at least we had a blast seeing each other and shredding well at KICKASS. And you got your wallet back, which was super cool!

And to all of FAT: Way to represent at KICKASS2! I had a blast hanging out with you guys over the weekend!

Mike, thanks for the super awesome t-shirt! People at college, even people I didn't know, fell in love with it. I'M in LOVE with it!

I work until 5:30 on friday, but can play in the evening if you're up for it. I can also play all day saturday until about 6pm.

Greenwood and I had an amazing 4 hour session at York U yesterday. The flavour of the day was intense shred, long strings, and breaking in new bags.
Kickass2 still fresh in our minds, the motivation both of us took away from it showed. Greenwood is extending his pixie shuffle to new heights, going for more contacts than ever on more than one of his drills. My shuffle is also coming along slowly but surely, but my my game is still tiltless, or as Adam put it, "Super Tiltless."
I've been happy with my play since KICKASS2, much more than I was there. My runs had lots of sets and both dex directions ending on both toes and clippers.

A few selected highlights:

A few flip Atomshmashers, almost Alpine Smasher on goodside.
Atomsmasher > Legbeater
Legbeater > Blur
Torque > Stepping Handcatch

As far as bags go, the day previous I had worked on my Pengbag, so it was still dirty. Most of the session was spread out between KFM cuddlebags and my new Matt Cross bag, which is far and away the sickest pre-break-in bag that I've ever had. However, for 4-panels, those Cuddlebags play like shreddy 32's! Yes!

PS. Got a pair of quantums. They're a bit tough to get used to, but I hit pixie ducking clipper and ripwalk for my first time today!

I have plans to hang with Erik Chan on friday night from about 6:00 - 8:30. We were gonna play in his building but there is some rule about bringing only one guest at a time or something.

I'll ask him if 2 of us can come. Or we can find another spot close by. Or we can play on Saturday.

Maybe Saturday is best. Everybody should come out!!

Yeah, I suggested my place because we have a full-sized gym. I haven't used it yet, but the concierge gave us a tour on one of our first days and said something about how I can only have 1 guest at a time, 4 times per month...so I kind of want to just have one person over and maybe ask for more specifics on that when I go, or if there are more people who wanna come over, I can ask ahead of time...or something. I should really take advantage of this SWEET rec centre...

Ok. I don't know where you live, so I don't know what is close to you. I just feel like playing somewhere public. Yonge and Dundas has lots of open space. And Ryerson is right there if it's raining out.

I'm not sure about the time though. My brother is trying to drag me to a Celtics game at noon. I'll have to fight him off or else postpone the shred until about 3pm.

I may POSSIBLY be down if the shred is relatively early in the morning.
So just let me know when you want to meet and where it's going to be and I'll try my best to be there.
I like the U of T spot, but I'll try and find my way to Yonge and Dundas if you let me know what to look for.

So Mike, it looks like you post a place, and if you do that, we will come!

Jon, I'm up for playing both days (and everyday thereafter until I die). Saturday might be a better day to come up though. If Sam and Josh make it out then we have a full blown session on our hands! Erik said he might, MIGHT be up for playing saturday too.

Well if it's up to me, then Yonge and Dundas it is! It's easy to get to, just get off at Dundas station and you're there. The south-east corner has lots of open space to play.

I say 12 noon is a good time to start. But I'm not sure if it's early enough for Josh or too early for Jon to make it. I'll check back in the morning and see what you all think.

Aww, sucky.
Apparently you guys have already been playing for a bunch of hours, so it looks like I missed out. I'm busy tomorrow too with tons of thanksgiving stuff. Rah. It would have been awesome to shred with you again, Jon. Isn't Peng in town too? I would be able to play any day after Sunday... Monday is a day off (well, not for me...)...

EDIT: actually, scratch that. I work until 8 all this week, as far as I know

Tuesday is off though, 'cause it's my birthday.
