Anyway it was so great to see so many faces and meet so many players.

Hm a few good sessions lately .

My game got back.

I hit almost all my fives like I hit before I got injured.

So I will post the challenges I got from a friend via Email.
I will not only post them, I will go for them as well.

Dimwalk>pdx doble legover>repeat
Torque>(whirl> osis)>butterfly>op repeat

getting a good shuffle with some low 3s to keep the runs going:
fairy butterfly>stepping ss mirage>pixie mirage>butterfly>paradox mirage>atomsmasher

downtime drilling:
right butter>pdx whirl>pdx mirage>dlo>osis> left butter>>repeat

Oh oh oh ...

today I was playing footbag again and it was fun.

Due to the last term ( I was working 40 hours per week plus a few hours studying) footbag was more a habit than a conscious action.

This was a mistake. I always saw my happiness in the future and so I postponed to take the time for going to shred. You can expierence happiness only in the moment so here we go.

I guess I browsed modified for about 5 Minutes during the last 5 months.

This will change - NOW.

The following "blogs" are part of my bloglines blogroll:

Daryl
Dexdo

and of course mine to follow conversation.

Of course, there will be added some in the future but that is a good start.

Update: In the first three minutes I realized that I forgot about 4 people.

1,5 hours session.

Many ducks,many spins, many steps.
My sweet spot and rhythm is getting better.

These days I am schooling a lot of basic tricks.

Each monday there is a footbag course at the university - can't wait to join them .

Hi Chris,

the course is not in MÃ¶nchengladbach. I am still studying there but I will move to my gf to Bielefeld soon.

I was offering a course at my current college in MÃ¶nchengladbach for 6 terms now. There was never a regular group or training time - that's sad.

I am studying Oecotrophologie, most of my subjects are relating to economics, informatics, and psychology.

At Bielefeld University there is a footbag course and it is not organized by me; so I am super stoked to enter an already existing group.

I will be in MÃ¶nchengladbach once per week, so we could make an appointment if you like. Moreover I will travel through NRW a lot so we could met in another city too.

Ugh - I had to search for my footblog.

After writing my exams I will be able to concentrate on internet, my shape and my upcoming thesis about weblogs, consulting and nutrition .

Summing up for the last 3 weeks I play a lot and got a bunch of fun.

At the 16th of August I will be in Cologne for a Casting - the german equivalent to the TV Show "Australias got talent".

I am surprised how such a casting will be - maybe I'll be lucky and will make it to TV.
