Wednesday 27th September
Length:
50 mins. Weak. Felt sick on and off throughout the day, bleh :?
Drilled: BOPs, Illusion, Whirl, Blazing, Spinning.

SPINNING IS SO FRIGGEN GAY

Seriously, everytime I even think about my flipside spinning, I get angry. Fuck you flipside.

Tried a bit of flip nuke stuff, trying to bsos matador basically. Not yet, but I think I made progress.

BOPs felt awesome. Didn't smash any records, they just felt good. I don't think I'll ever stop drilling these. I want my 'BOPs' to expand to include pdx illusion + bubba, drifter, whirl, spinning clipper and ducking clipper. The last two will take a while, but the first 3 I should be able to take some steps towards very soon. Basically i want to be able to string those moves to 50+ contacts relatively consistently... even just my BOPs aren't quite there yet, I can get 40+ relatively consistently with just BOPs. Will try stringing all those next session and see how it goes.

Hopefully filming this arvo, waiting to hear back from a mate if he can film me or not.

There is tooooo much to do in footbag :( but also :D

thx hages. I know. It's just annoying. But that will make it all the more sweeter which I get it down, like whirls right now. booya.

Friday 29th September
Length:
1 hour

Hit... stuff... ? maybe sailing butterfly. Not sure. That was ages ago.

Monday 2nd October
Length:
1 hour

Wanted to play longer but felt pretty off. In the stomach, shred was still OK, just felt ill. Hit stuff, again... nothing special. Got 52 contacts ss osis > pdx mirage rpt. Also, got 8 contacts of absolute pure control on rubberman, first attempt, footed the 9th for no fucking reason. Fuck you rubberman, stop messing with my mind and screwing up at 8-9 contacts for no reason.

Wednesday 4th October
Length:
1 hour 15 minutes
Drilled: BOPs, Illusion, Whirl, Blazing, Drifter, Stepping.

Whirls as always, slowly improving. BOPs consistency annoying, but I'm sure it'll improve soon if I keep at it. Blazing is fun. 38 Drifters, new PB and Aussie rec :D I was so fugged afterwards. Rubberman was completely off, sucked major

Wednesday 11th October
Length:
1 hour 30 minutes
Drilled: Whirl, BOPs, Bubba, Rubberman, Whirr, Drifter.

Got 2 flipside whirrs, will bsos real soon. Strongside is pretty easy once I find my rhythm. Feels good.

BOPs still a tad aggrevating, but when they get there, it will all be worth it. Come on babies, improve! be all you can be!

Whirl feeling awesome. Got that "swing" to it now, that proper whirls should have. so feeling good about that. Consistency lacking a tad, but that's OK, I got my form pretty good, now we tackle consistency.

Drifter felt awesome today. I really concentrated on the sets and delays, let the dex do itself. It helped a lot and I felt much more in control. Got 32, which isn't a pb but not too shabby I reckon. The best part was, I almost lost control twice through that. So I lunged to get the bag and did, and kept going... nice to know I can save a bad set with a drifter, and keep going. yay.

Rubberman its usual gay self. Tight as for 6/7 contacts then falls apart like a friggen n00b. I don't know what the hell is wrong with me but this damned plataeu is really pissing me off.

Got bowler's challenge of pdx DLO bsos sealed with blurry whirl bsos.

And then the highlight of the day: blurry grifter

the trick is to start the illusion dex as soon as possible. But damn that felt good. Sometimes it bugs me that no one is around to give me props. That was definately a moment where props would have been nice. Oh well. I got some later. Thx guys, you rock. Keep on keeping me on.

Sometimes I wonder if anyone reads this but never replies.... gimme a shout out peeps :) (that would be funny if there was no one hahaha
)

I have to wash a load of dishes now... not my choice of activity for 12:30am but I suppose it's my own fault.

Wish me luck! *dashes to the front line*

YOU THE MAN

30+ drifters consistently is more than enough. Stop schooling those and start schooling something else, it will definitely pay off. ;)
