dang. its been awhile. things dont seem to have changed all that much round these parts. glad to see everybody is doing well. unfortunately, i have lost a lot of what I once had. still got butterflies, osis (only strong side err), and a not much else. my dex's have lost accuracy and precision. its been an easy month and a half since last serious shred session. ouch.

i need open arms and encouragement yall. :x

It's like riding a bicycle homes. A couple guys I play with one was injured for a year and half. Took him only about 3 weeks to get his mojo back. Another guy stopped playing for 2 years now he's back and better then before, he almost hit surging legover today.

Get out there, have fun, practice the basics. Eventually your legs will start to remember. Muscle memory, it's locked in there somewhere.
